Very stressful and disappointing!
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

We were locked out of our room because the penthouse hallway door was locked and not able to get opened from 11:00 pm until 3:00 am. My daughter needed medication in the room. I am 73 years old and with my daughter and granddaughter on a 2 night stay. The staff handled it very poorly! The manager should have returned before 2:45! Rediculous!! We were even told it had happened before. There were also ants in the room. They said they comped that night—we’ll see. We finally got a different room—the shower handle fell off.

La ubicación de este hotel es muy buena.
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la ubicacion, pero no nos dieron la habitacion que solicitamos, segun la foto eran 4 camas de 1.5 plazas y nos dieron 1 cama queen y 1 camarote que no esta en muy buen estado.

Cons:

No nos gustó la parte Administrativa de la Recepción. La Señora que nos atendió (de nacionalidad Colombiana) nos solicitó una garantía de $500 al momento de ingresar, que pagamos con Tarjeta de Crédito Visa. Ingresamos el 14 de Setiembre a mediodía y nos retiramos el 18 de Setiembre 2026. Si fueron 4 noches a $100 la noche de garantía, por qué solicitaron $500? Al momento de retirarnos nos indicó que la garantía sería devuelta a los 7 días, descontando los gastos $137.70 de la factura 164499 que nos dieron; es decir el cobro de Visa sería de $362.30.
He llamado al Hotel Gavillant y he dejado el mensaje pues quisiera que me envíen copia del voucher de la garantía de $500 que me está solicitando el Banco. Insistiré con el Hotel Gavillant, pero quisiera solicitar a Booking.com su apoyo en este sentido con el hotel, si pudieran, para poder obtener el voucher. Muchas gracias.

Awful experience. Very dirty and small space. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was so dirty and uncomfortable. I had to get moved rooms as the first room the bathroom was disgusting. Hairs, dust, stains. Cobwebs in room and was tiny no space.

Primera vez en Nueva York, increíble
Pros:

Ubicación excelente a unos pasos de Times Square, al realizar el check in nos ofrecieron un upgrade el cual aceptamos, era una habitación con cama king size, la cama muy cómoda perfecta para descansar después de estar caminando todo el día conociendo Nueva York, en general la estancia fue agradable, lo recomiendo.

Cons:

El baño, al usar la regadera, se salia el agua, colocábamos el tapete y solo así evitábamos que se saliera el agua. Estaría perfecto colocar una puerta o una cortina de baño para evitar esa fuga de agua.

I'd stay there again and I'd be happy to.
Pros:

The location was great slap bang in the middle of Times Square and the places I wanted to visit were easy to get to. The room was small but it was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, once I was asleep I was asleep and I sleet well. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The toilet flushed itself twice! and other times struggled to clear away waste. Also despite my room having a phone the hotel did not offer / include a wake-up call. Which was a shame.

I would never recommend this hotel
Pros:

I didnt like anything at all

Cons:

Even tough i changed two rooms, there was no wifi in the rooms, the windows were extremely dirty and there was a lot of noise in the room (no voice insulation)

Pros:

Das Personal, vor allem die Putzkräfte sind sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch ist die Putz-Qualität sehr gut, die Damen geben sich wirklich sehr viel Mühe.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind enorm klein. So klein, dass kein Platz ist, seinen Koffer richtig aufzumachen und abzulegen.
Das WLAN hat ab Tag 1 gar nicht funktioniert, die Rezeption hat auf das Mitarbeiter-WLAN verwiesen, ging aber auch nicht.

Das sehr kleine Badezimmer wäre zwar in Ordnung, nur gibt es bei der Duschkabine keine Türe oder etwas zum schließen, was bedeutet, dass der ganze Boden während des Duschens komplett Nass wird.

Zimmer ist sehr sehr laut und schlecht abgedichtet. Man hört vor allem Nachts die Feuerwehr die sich direkt im Gebäude unten befindet. Ohne Ohrstöpsel konnte man hier leider nicht schlafen.

Pros:

très bon emplacement, il y a tous a proximité ( métro, bus, etc.. ). Le personnel est serviable et réactif.

Cons:

la qualité des fenêtres fines, il y a une caserne de pompier à proximité et on entend toutes les sirènes pendant les nuitées. les ascenseurs sont très fréquentés et il y a beaucoup d'attentes voir + de 15 min parfois
