La ubicacion ya que esta cerca de todo. La limpieza. Todos los dias pasaron por el cuarto. Muy amable la señora del piso. Cama y almohadas muy comodas. Seguramente lo volvere a elegir si vuelvo a NY.

El aire acondicionado hace un poco de ruido, pero igualmente dormimos perfecto.

Worst New York experience ever.

BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BEDBUGS. They tried to move us into five different rooms and they all contained bedbugs. Do not stay here regardless of the location. Also, I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to speak to the manager very unprofessional. I had me and my five children with me and we were up all night and early morning and didn’t get to a second hotel until 3 AM due to not being able to fit six people and waiting to be accommodated

Location was perfect but our room 1026 needs major maintenance

Great value and very responsive and friendly. Always a great stay there; have stayed almost 10 times

My room, 1424, DID HAVE SORT OF A MUSTY ODOR. NOT A BIG DEAL. the place is in need of a little paint and some light sprucing up but they more than make up for that with the value and freindliness!

Location is great. Close to everything in time square.

Cons:

Furniture and equipment was very old and mostly broken. Lamp broken off of the wall. Ice machine didn’t work. Drawer handles were broken. Chipped furniture and cabinet doors didn’t close. Stayed here before a few years back and it was great then. Now, needs updating.
