Las fotos no reflejan la realidad. Muy descuidado todo. Paredes rotas, puerta del baño que no cerraba, la ducha se inundaba y la limpieza no era buena.

Tudo organizado, as cama regras são muitíssimo simpática, o pessoal da recepção também são muito prestativo ( exceto uma moça loira) que não tem paciência nenhuma com turista

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. It’s a great location and the price was decent.

Cons:

Property can definitely use some upgrades and the outside of the windows in our room had writing in the dirt, so they should be cleaned. There was something that beeped for hours on end outside of our room. Maybe the ice machine that wasn’t working? Lobby has a big of a funky smell- like carpet freshener or something similar. We were there for 9 nights and had no warm/hot water for 2 mornings but I think it’s because the hotel was super full due to the FIFA World Cup. The rest of the time we had tons of hot water.

The room is not the same as the one in the photo; the air conditioning was broken and didn't work. There was no proper handover of the room, and so far, they haven't notified the bank regarding the $500 deposit they charged upfront.
I spent two nights with broken air conditioning; the closet was old, and the room—Room 115—was in very poor condition.
The person on duty the second night refused to provide a solution, constantly saying "tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow"; the service from this individual was terrible.
They refused to switch my room that same night, even though there were rooms available.
