Pros:

The TV wasn’t working and bedroom bed was small as hell . Power went out no room service or housekeeping come clean the room wow we was there.

Too much for the price not clean or up to par enough for the price

Comfortable bed nice room setup other than that the wall plug was so hard it broke my only charger the tub was horrible an the counters were filthy otherwise it was a nice stay

Don’t stay at Westmont ESA. Horrible customer service
Pros:

Lazy lazy lazy people work here. At night after 10 pm the front desk closes and supposedly there is an overnight person on the premises in a room at the hotel

Friday night - key wasn’t working. Took 45 minutes for someone to come down and open front desk. I’ve stayed at other ESA hotels This is by FAR the worst one

DONT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Average, cut my stay short due to passive smoking risk

I did not like that they were unorganized got charged twice still pending a refund that I have not received booked a room and when I arrived to check in I come to find out someone is in the room I’m supposed to be in. And the. They said there were no more rooms and I still got charged twice!!! Ridiculous.
