Nice small hotel, owner, Rosa, ' we think, was exceptional. Very cheerful and friendly greeting, very helpful even though neither of us spoke each others' language well but we managed to communicate. Our room was excellent, spacious and very comfortable. The terrace is a great place to relax after trekking up the road to the hotel. Also a good place to hang a bit of laundry that needed to be done.
It would have been good to know that from the town centre it's about a four to five hundred meter trek all up hill, not bad if driving, but walking is a challenge if you are not in shape. We managed but took our time trekking up. Not easy to go to town center by car to get to restaurants and shops as there is very limited parking during the day. We did find one indoor parking service however when we returned to our car, it took ten minutes to get into our car as some inconsiderate person parked their car eight inches from ours; we were boxed in by the walls of the garage and their car.
