It was just unpleasant and not very accommodating for the price.
Pros:

Location was easy to find and get to. And was extremely close to the reason we were in town. The lady during breakfast was really sweet and seemed to care a lot about her job.

Cons:

The shower was not cleaned (hair everywhere and soap and lime build up), the floors in the lobby had some weird liquid (I’m thinking from a trash can being moved) but that liquid stayed overnight, and the elevator to my fourth floor room was not working properly or at all at times.

Terrible cat fish property
Pros:

I like the TV could be positioned in the room or in the living room

Cons:

It was dirty. They had no security like it didn’t feel safe. All the doors were open all the time the older staff were mean. Almost everything was stain. The couch was stain. The curtains were stain. The bathroom looked crazy and the bed was very worn in like there was a sinking feeling in the middle.

Good stay for the value
Pros:

The overall location is great. However it seems like the building may be a little older and there are a few cosmetic renovations that could be made to increase the potential of this hotel. Overall, it was comfy and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast could have provided more options for certain dietary restrictions.

Never Booking with Comfort Suites DeSoto again
Pros:

I liked the location and only one of the staff was friendly

Cons:

The room and hallways smelled terrible. One of my pillow cases was dirty and several of my electrical sockets did not work , and one of my lamps had a blown out bulb.

The breakfast option aren’t healthy, everything was pork no turkey or chicken at all.. everyone don’t eat pork

The breakfast was great as well as the size of the room and the area.

Cons:

The smell of the room was a lil alarming. There were underwear from someone else in the couch bed. Did not suggest a early or late check in.

Pros:

When I arrived, rhere was a sign on the front desk that says Return in 15 minutes...I waited an HOUR and still NO FRONT DESK AGENT!! I PAID ONLINE, SO FULL PAYMENT WAS GIVEN UP FRONT!! AFTER 1 HR AND 15 MINUTES OF WAITING, I LEFT AND DIDN'T RETURN!! I PAID MONEY UP FRONT AND RECEIVED NO SERVICE AT ALL
