BeachWalk at Sea Bright

My stay was from Monday till Thursday check out (July). Monday the bar/restaurant was closed. The pool bathrooms were soooo dirty! The room was tiny compared to my stay a year before. Missing light bulb in the light above the bed, dirty floors. The fridge barely cooled off the drinks. The price way too high for that. On Tuesday they closed the bar early....not enough customers :). On Wednesday they locked the pool bathrooms way before closing time of the pool which is open till 9pm. After hours I saw Ketchup bottles just laying outside. I think they have not enough employess and they are underpaid.....so I don't blame the service, but management.

My first room had a curtain that was stuck and the smart tv didn’t work. They switched me to another room which was noce but again the smart tv not working.

No tiene restaurante ni cafeteria. Martillaron y usaron taladro encima de la habitacion desde muy tenprano. No pudimos descansar.

Rooms were not as pictured on booking site- cheap , chipped furniture and dented mini refrigerator
Bathroom had cheap towels and curtains- black mold on the soap dispenser
TV in one room dead- no attempt to fix it after several requests
Other TV difficult to access programming- had to fix wiring myself. WIFI not great
Rooms were not serviced at all until the 3rd day, despite asking. Had to empty my own garbage and go pick up fresh towels
Pool was green- appeared to have a green bottom, but by our last day, there was algae looking green present. Never saw anyone maintain it or test the chemical levels. Chose not to swim in it
Fire alarm went off twice on first day- one during the day and another waking everyone at 11:30pm
Told there were courtesy beach chairs available, yet when I went to pick some up, was told there was a $15 day fee. When I shared that was not what I was told, I was handed "free" chairs that were in very poor condition
Beachwalk has a private beach across from site- yet do nothing to keep it clear from garbage and pieces of broken fencing

Ordered a wine and was given 3 oz that filled half a small plastic glass. They charged me $9
Lot of noise from room above as late as 1am

Left 3 message at front desk to have someone contact me to address concerns. All I got was "I'm sorry" with no follow up. Emailed manager twice- no response. Manager apparently manages remotely- leaving young staff at the front desk fielding the many complaints.

Sad because could be a lovely place but it is very poorly maintained and managed

The pool was broken. The main reason we came and the air conditioning was on 84ded

I didn't like the room I stayed in; the reservation showed a completely different room. There was no microwave, and the minibar was broken, freezing everything inside. The TV didn't work either. Additionally, the restaurant was closed during all three days of my stay—there was only a sign saying it wouldn't open, which left us without breakfast or drinks in the afternoon. Lastly, the wooden chairs in the deck area had no cushions to sit on.

I didn’t like the amenities , tv was a struggle to make work. Spoke to the front desk & they said it’s been a problem.. if it’s been a problem, why not fix it…

The room was smaller than we anticipated and didn't have a desk/table because the microwave was there. So it was tight doing things .

En ninguna parte decía que estaban en remodelaciones del bar/restaurante. Escogimos este lugar, porque decía que tenía restaurante, así que no pensábamos movernos de allí. Pero estaba cerrado el restaurante, con máquinas de construcción allí, así que nos tocó salir y los sitios para comer estaban un poco retirados.

Le pondría una puerta corrediza al espacio entre la habitación y la sala. No tiene puerta, íbamos 5 personas, así que para cambiarnos de ropa nos tocaba esperar por turnos el baño.
