it was a good getaway
Pros:

living room and location were excellent.

Cons:

When we got back to the room, the Internet was out therefore we could not watch any TV. The phone in the room didn’t work so we could not call front desk and the next morning there was a knock on the door and before we could answer it the maid walked in at 9am….

Rooms modern and clean. Beds comfortable. Views spectacular

You can hear everything in rooms. People walking and kids running....need to invest in some type of sound boards for walls or something on flooring.

Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was great, could use a couple more options like eggs over easy.

Cons:

For the money I paid the rooms could of be nicer or just lower the price for the old outdated rooms.

Don’t stay here
Pros:

Location is perfect. It could be a gold mine.

Cons:

Cheap cheap and cheap ownership! Less than builder grade room design. Poorly installed cheap fixtures that are not even level, square or even. You can tell they go out of their way to keep it running as cheaply as possible. The mattress felt like 1 million people had jumped on it before us.

Our stay was expensive and very disappointing.
Pros:

Location was good because we attended a wedding on Ocean Drive at Rumrunner. The venue was only 5 minutes away.

Cons:

The air conditioner leaked while we were out on Saturday afternoon and there was a huge pool of water on the floor in the bedroom area when we returned to the room in the evening. It ruined some of our clothing. We had to clean up the water and move suitcases away from the wet area on the floor. The staff did very little to help us and offered no compensation. We had to go down to the front desk to obtain more towels and we mopped up the water. The staff did nothing. I will never stay at this facility again. It was very expensive and was not worth the money we spent to stay there.

DO NOT STAY HERE - Hotel facilities are broken (tv, elevators, etc) No help from mgmt

Location on beach is great. That was it

Cons:

Elevators for 4 story building did not work. Stairs were long and slippery. No help from management. TV turned on by itself at 1:30 am and then again at 7 am. Hotel management would not help solve the problem. No showers to clean off after going to beach. This hotel is just a scam.

It served it’s purpose
Pros:

It was close to our daughter’s house

Cons:

No front desk staff when we arrived because of a late check in. Didn’t know this when I booked it. You need an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
