Terrible service and deceitful adverts
Pros:

I did not stay atvthe hotel because on my arrival atvthe hotel, I was told thete was no room for me. The said they do not honour bookings done online or through a 3rd party such as hotel.com, hence I was left stranded and had get a taxi to physically look for another hotel. Its such a bad service this hotel hotel intends to use the 3rd party platform to advertise themselves but do not honour any bookings done through online because they want customers to pay more

Pros:

the staffs are very unprofessional. they will not switch on the generator. i had to sleep sweating whole day and night

20 hotel needs a little TLC
Pros:

Unfortunately my wife and I kept sinking in the mattress plus there was too many mosquitos in the room
The mattress was absolutely horrible
They only take naira and don’t accepting foreign card I guess they only entertain Nigerians..
They can definitely work on those issues
Overall the personnel was kind and accommodating
