Pros:

L'emplacement était sympas quartier asser clame.

Cons:

La chambre était bien, mais le séjour aurai été mieux si des bouteilles d'eau ou des verre pour ce servir de l'eau étais mis à disposition.

Pros:

L emplacement , le côté historique du bâtiment , le calme et la bonne insonorisation , le petite déjeuner très correct pour le prix ( mention spéciale pour les meringues avec la double crème )

Cons:

Des rideaux occultants pour ne pas laisser passer la lumière et des oreillers digne de ce nom ( nous avons eu très mal au cou à cause de leur mauvaise qualité ) , qu il soit indiqué dans la description que des bouteilles d eau étaient mises à notre disposition et qu on me dise quand je les ai réclamé de payer ou boire l eau du robinet c est abusé , vraiment c est dommage car le lieu pourrait être parfait , c est dommage de rogner sur le confort pour faire des économies

Pros:

Hôtel situé au coeur du village, très calme la nuit. Très grande chambre, très bien chauffée, salle de bain propre et complète avec une vraie baignoire.

Cons:

Deux petits reproches
- Le canapé lit utilisé en appoint pour la 3ème personne grince...
- Check-in inutilement long et compliqué, avec une feuille A4 à remplir et signer, puis attendre que la personne ait tout re-saisi laborieusement sur son logiciel. Ca serait tellement plus accueillant de s'occuper de la saisie seulement après avoir remis la clé de la chambre au lieu de laisser toute la famille attendre debout, avec les bagages, plantée au milieu de la salle du restaurant...

Pros:

A equipe do hotel é extremamente gentil. O hotel tem ótima localização. Nos hospedamos em um quarto muito espaçoso e, de modo geral, muito confortável.

Cons:

O colchão da cama de casal do nosso quarto estava desconfortável, ao contrário do colchão da outra cama. Sugiro ao hotel considerar colchões menos duros.

Merveilleux logement à Gruyère
Pros:

Petit appartement louer située à la rue principale du village de Gruyère. On a beaucoup apprécié le confort du lit en bois massif . Le petit coin salon avec une fenêtre donnant sur la rue.
La grande douche à l italienne.

Cons:

Les duvets beaucoup trop chaud .

Terrible check- in experience
Pros:

Confusing check-in experience. It’s nothing more than a table in the restaurant. Extremely rude when I arrived and tried to check-in. I arrive hotel at 2:40pm. The restaurant was very busy and the servers are also the check-in staff. They told me to go away and come back after 3pm. They also said check-in is not till 3pm. I told him my confirmation and hotel website site say 2pm. He demanded I show him which I did. I showed him my confirmation and the hotel website that both showed 2pm. One of the other staff members said check-in was 2pm but he was not listening. He said they are busy and don’t time right now. I was tired and this unacceptable. I was going to have lunch at the hotel but opted not to since I was treated so poorly. The rooms were clean but again, the poor customer service was too overwhelming. The Buffett is very limited. Would never stay here again.
