The staff couldn't have been more attentive and friendly. Breakfast was a nice selection. Coffee was excellent and made by a barista.

Um agradecimento especial aos recepcionistas, pela gentileza! Ganhamos upgrade do quarto, que aliás é extremamente confortável! A cama é maravilhosa! 地段实在是太好了，坐火车，取车，游览都相当方便，服务员态度非常好，很热情，还送晚上酒吧服务，没人一杯免费酒水和小吃。早餐味道不错，最喜欢羊角包，做的很好吃。
Room was very clean and comfortable. Full buffet, hot breakfast with scrambled eggs.
Baristas made us awesome cappuccino and espresso every morning.
Very friendly, very inviting Staff was over the top helpful with everything and any questions.

This hotel is truly beautiful, and our stay exceeded all expectations. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming from the very first moment. They personally showed us around the hotel, escorted us to our room, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
The rooms are lovely, well-designed, and very comfortable. What made the experience even more special was the handwritten welcome letter waiting for us upon arrival – such a thoughtful and personal touch. We also received a welcome drink at their bar, which was a perfect way to start our stay.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center and all major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring.
I honestly have no complaints. Everything was perfect, and I would absolutely choose this hotel again if I return to Florence.
A localização é excelente, perto da estação e muito próximo à todos os pontos importantes. Os funcionários fazem a diferença nesse hotel o atendimento da recepção na nossa chegada foi muito caloroso e no café da manhã também o Roshan e o Cléber nos atenderam muitíssimo bem, a decoração do hotel é linda e o café muito gostoso. Tem uma torneira com água natural, gelada e com gás que você se serve e leva para o quarto. Achei uma delicadeza.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The variety and freshness of the breakfast was excellent. They also had a choice of different types of milk which as I am dairy intolerant was very welcome. We could refill our water bottles for free in the lobby.
I found the bed a little harder than I like but the room was nice and very clean. Having a kettle was a bonus. The complimentary bottles of water were appreciated.
