Todo en general estupendo, muy limpio , céntrico y encantador todo el personal de recepción, una mención especial a cafetería por la atención de Cleber y Roshan por sus capuchinos, enorme educación y simpatía
Al llegar a la habitación tienen el detalle de ponerte una tarjeta de bienvenida con tu nombre y chocolatinas, una botella de agua y hay cafetera con café y té, y te invitan a una copa; además el día de partida te regalan una bolsa de pasta.
Volveremos a Florencia y sin duda este será nuestro hotel
Os llevaremos en nuestro ❤️. Gracias por hacernos estos días inolvidables

Pros:

Sono stato in questo hotel di recente e ne sono rimasto davvero colpito! L’arredo è curato e molto piacevole, creando un’atmosfera accogliente. Una delle cose che ho apprezzato di più è stata la tranquillità: nonostante la posizione centrale, è risultato davvero silenzioso. Il personale è stato eccezionalmente gentile e cordiale, sempre pronti ad aiutare con il sorriso. E la posizione? Perfetta: a due passi da tutti i principali punti di interesse di Firenze. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, relax e un’ottima accoglienza in città!

Cons:

L’unico piccolo neo che ho riscontrato è stato il bagno, che non mi ha convinto del tutto e credo avrebbe margine di miglioramento.

조식은 유럽 호텔에서 기대할 수 있는 평균적인 구성으로, 깔끔하고 맛있게 즐길 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 프론트 직원분들이 매우 친절해 머무는 내내 기분 좋았습니다.
중앙역과도 가까워 캐리어를 끌고 이동하기에 매우 편리했습니다. 가족 여행 숙소로 만족스러운 선택이었습니다
