Pros:

Great hotel. I'd definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Nicolo who upgraded our room for us and looked after us really well. He's amazing!

Cons:

We liked everything about this place.

Отель красивый, чистый, персонал очень приветливый. Мне сказали, что не так давно тут был большой ремонт и это чувствуется. Жить было одно удовольствие. Все в пешей доступности.

Cons:

Я не могу назвать это минусом: мне самой было важно остановиться рядом с вокзалом, тк поездка была короткой, я уезжала на поезде и не хотела тащить чемодан по жаре. Буквально 2 минуты от лобби и вы на станции. Но, как и в любом другом городе, окрестности вокзала вносят свои особенности. За все дни меня никто и ничто не побеспокоило, но это точно не самый живописный район Флоренции.

Well run quiet convenient stay with good sized rooms and helpful staff
Pros:

Lovely breakfast, straight accross from the train station yet peaceful once you step inside. Good quality amenities and clean rooms. We had quite a spacious room too which was a surprise. Staff so helpful and friendly. Good stay

Cons:

Being next to the station its a bit further to the centre but the walk takes you through very interesiting things so its part of seeing Florence anyway. Very convenient for train day trips though so its a trade off.

Loved the stay, would highly recommend to anyone staying in Florence for 1 night.
Pros:

Very close to Florence SMN train station (2 minute walk). Clean rooms, very friendly staff that spoke English well. Personalized note and staff suggestions for neighborhood and food. 24 hour reception service. Responsive to messages quickly.

Hôtel sympa en plein cœur de Florence.
Pros:

Le personnel est aux petits soins et vraiment sympathique. Ils s’assurent que l on ne manque de rien et répondent à toutes nos questions.
Le petit déjeuner était complet et très bon.
L’hôtel est vraiment bien situé. À deux min à pied de la gare et pas loin des différents sites d’intérêt.

Cons:

Honnêtement rien. Si je devais dire une seule marque, mais c’est vraiment recherché, c’est qu’il n y avait qu’un seul vanity kit dans la chambre et nous étions deux. A part cela, rien à redire.

Pros:

La atención del personal es algo que resaltaría, siempre muy alegres, amables, atentos, carismáticos y dispuestos a asistirte en todo lo que necesites. Nico, Clebar y Roshan nos han atendido excelente al igual que el resto del equipo en en recepción. La ubicación esta bastante buena si quieres estar a 10 minutos caminando del centro, y si planificas otros viajes en tren, ya que al lado del Hotel esta la estación de trenes de Florencia, y a su vez el Tranvía que te lleva al aeropuerto en menos de 30 minutos, para aquellos que desean economizar en taxis. En la zona adyacentes a la estación puedes encontrar personas no gratas, pero, eso no es algo que tenga que ver con el Hotel.

Cons:

No puedo comentar algo que no me haya gustado, lo único que puedo comentar, es que los ascensores son pequeños, que me parece que hay dos, para nosotros estuvo bien que somos una familia pequeña, pero, para una familia numerosa, para subir y bajar, habría que hacer varios viajes cuando hayan muchas maletas.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - great variety of hot and cold items, along with fresh fruit, pastries. Oshini made the best personalized coffee, delicious!
