La atención del personal un 10 absoluto! Está súper bien ubicado muy cómodo para cuando vienes en tren o si quieres alquilar un coche en la estación.

・トラムの駅から近く、空港から直行で30分もかからない
・隣に小さなスーパーがありちょっとした買い物に困らない
・部屋がとても清潔かつ、駅近なのに騒音を感じなかった
・フロント、バー、朝食、清掃、どのスタッフもとても親切で一度も嫌な思い、対応をされなかった
・ホテル1階に炭酸水とお水どちらも自由に飲める蛇口があり、水を買う必要がなかった
・朝食がとても美味しかった

Cons:

・水圧が弱く、1〜2日なら良いが1週間はちょっと大変だった
・ラジエーターが壊れており、靴下や下着など洗ったものが乾きにくかった

Pros:

Ottimo hotel, in posizione strategica. Arredi della hall curati e accoglienti, bella la sala colazioni. Personale gentile, disponibile e accogliente: solo per questo, il punteggio alto ci sta tutto. Letto comodo e colazione buona, con ampia scelta di dolci.

Cons:

Bagni da rivedere, un po' datati. La moquette sulle scale e nei corridoi.

Pros:

La posizione è davvero strategica e gli arredi della hall sono molto eleganti. Ma, soprattutto, va sottolineata la gentilezza dello staff. Un vero valore aggiunto! Buona la colazione, bellissima la sala e il cappuccino è stato personalizzato... Siamo stati accolti con dei cioccolatini e ci hanno regalato un pacco di pasta il giorno prima della partenza.

Cambierei gli asciugamani.
