I loved the extremely warm and caring receptions, and the fact that they gave information about the hotel, city and weather in an extraordinarily detailed but very positive way. The hotel is only two minutes from the train station. There is a Carrefour market. You have an incredibly delicious clean breakfast at an affordable price. I don't recommend breakfast outside. Let's get to meet Nicola. She greeted him with a smiling face at the reception. He's been gravitating our room. We thank him very much and I will come back again. I'll stay at this hotel again. I will send guests from Turkey. .In the meantime, there is a fountain in the hotel that everyone can use at any time, where you can get free water and soda. It is so beautifully designed that it is a wonderful hospitality.

the staff was really welcoming and friendly, we felt right at home. also the interior of the reception and the bar is really beautiful and elegant. Also there are free snacks with your aperitivo!
Our room was very small and felt a bit crowded as the bed was inhabiting most of the space. The furniture was rather worn down and the room wasn't the cleanest. Maybe the other rooms are bit more spacious (we only stayed one night, so they might have given us a smaller room), but all in all it it was just too expensive for what we got especially as breakfast was not included!
Everything is great! Accomodation, breakfast, location, free water for guests in the hall, all amazing! Kudos to all the staff! Especially Nicola from reception and Roshan from breakfast room.
Air conditioning cleaning deserves attention.
Toplocatie (zeer dicht bij het station en de T2-tram naar de luchthaven), vriendelijk personeel en een goed verzorgd ontbijt. De kamer was niet groot, maar prima voor één nacht.
De prijs was aan de hoge kant, zeker vergeleken met ons vorige hotels. Voor ons voelde het eerder als een 3-sterren- dan een 4-sterrenhotel.

1. Location - right outside the main train station. Super close to Tram, bus stops. There’s a Carrefour and a pharmacy next to the hotel. Also, we used the hotels recommendation for “La Grotta de Leo” restaurant - amazing food and service.
2. Room - Compact size, excellent bathroom, the water flow and temperature were great. Toiletries were replaced regularly
3. breakfast - ample variety of breads, cereals, nuts, fresh fruits, tea, coffee. Good service
4. Staff - super helpful, courteous. We asked for extra milk pods and ice packs late in the night and were served quickly
The area outside the hotel can get quite busy during daytime but you’ll be out and about in the city yourself.

We felt welcome, staff were wam and helpful. Our room was modern, cool in the extreme heat, spacious. I loved having a bath to soothe my aching legs. The bed was very comfortable. Very close to S.M. Novella Station and a grocery store!
