フロントも24時間対応、荷物も無料で預かってくれます。朝食会場兼バーはとても広く、快適に過ごせました。ウェルカムドリンクもついています。
お部屋もクーラーがよく効いており、真夏ですが室内で汗をかくことがありませんでした。全体的に清潔で、バスタブにお湯を張ることもできました。

Very friendly and warm front desk staff.
I would especially like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff, particularly Nick, as well as the entire team. The breakfast is varied, the rooms are clean and the design of the ground floor is appealing.
The location is extremely convenient for those arriving by train, especially as the hotel offers luggage storage after check-out.
We liked everything. However, for guests arriving by other means of transport, it might be worth considering a hotel in a somewhat more pleasant and well-kept street environment, as the area around the station may not be an equally pleasant experience when approaching from every direction.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location, super close to the train station and major attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, not noisy at all. Breakfast was also amazing. We would definitely stay there again!

L'emplacement, le personnel, le petit déjeuner, la qualité de l'hôtel.
Le lit était très ferme. Nous avons eu des difficultés à dormir car nous ne sommes pas habitué à ce type de matelas.
Helpful and staff are v friendly especially at breakfast time . The Lovely little treatsthe hand written note and the gift which was unexpected such a nice touch .
Would like a proper cup in the room as we are tea drinkers otherwise nothing .

The staff are nice and helpful .
The hotel location is central to all attractions. We took the upgraded offered which I believe was just an upsell not an upgrade .
The Shower was inside the bathtub and the head was too low to use , we had to bend down just to wash ourselves.
Our main light in the room stopped working on our second night .
Overall I would give this place a 2 star rating due its rundown facilities.
Lastly and not the hotels fault there was a congregation of South African men around the hotel which wasn’t ideal .
I would need to say no to a revisit !
