Pros:

Ubicación: excelente, ya la conocía.
El desayuno ha mejorado, está bien.
La habitación de 2 camas individuales es correcta pero resulta un poco chica.

Cons:

Мы брали 2 номера. Комнаты выглядели уставшими, гораздо хуже, чем на фото. Нам не повезло получить номера на 1 этаже рядом с общим туалетом и технической дверью, где постоянно ходил персонал. Было шумно. Кондиционеры еле справлялись. В одной из комнат кондиционер иногда самостоятельно выключался. Завтрак очень скудный, лучше позавтракайте в одном из кафе неподалёку.

Beautiful, centrally located hotel.
Pros:

Lovely, clean and comfortable room and a great breakfast. Centrally located. We had excellent service from the team there. It was so lovely to be able to use the rooftop bar of the next door hotel (Hotel Villani) too, with views over the Duomo using the same internal lift - very clever!

Ubicación VS Comodidad
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, desde nuestra habitación se vía el Duomo. Estás a minutos de los puntos turísticos y culturales más importantes. El personal muy calificado para gestionar con los turistas. Todos sabían varios idiomas y no fue difícil la comunicación.

Cons:

En pleno Julio el calor en la ciudad es agobiante. La habitación no cuenta con Frigobar y resultó muy incomodo mantenerse hidratado con agua fresca, sobre todo con menores. Contaba con un placar pequeño para 3 personas, por lo tanto mantuvimos las maletas armadas por falta de espacio. El servicio de desayuno realmente es muy pobre y limitado. Si bien los argentinos hacemos un desayuno mas austero y dulce, había muy poco variedad. Lo mejor era su maquina cafetera y de jugos frescos, pero la oferta alimentaria era muy limitada.

A nice and comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

Central location right next to the Duomo was ideal for sight seeing, the staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and always happy to give advice on restaurants and places to visit in Italy. The room we had was simple, but comfortable and with a quiet aircon, which was a lifesaver during the hot nights.
