Firenze Fantastica... ci torneremo ma... non in questa struttura.
Pros:

Solo la posizione centrale.
Comodo il fatto di poter uscire ed essere in centro città.
Scomodissimo arrivarci in macchina. l'Hotel non si vede assolutamente. si trova all'interno di un portone che, essendo in una strada stretta, facilmente si sorpassa senza notarlo. Il personale non è stato in grado, telefonicamente, di fornire assistenza per arrivarci.

Cons:

Tutto. Colazione pessima... c'erano affettati presi dalle confezioni pretagliate (per dare un esempio prosciutto cotto a fette quadrate!!!) dolci presi sicuramente da supermercato imbustati, poca scelta. Il secondo giorno siamo andati a fare colazione in un Bar perchè sicuramente preferibile.

Stanze: stanza vecchia, abbiamo chiesto letti separati e ci hanno fatto trovare un letto matrimoniale con lenzuola singole... abbiamo dovuto dividere noi i letti, pareti sicuramente vecchie, sporche ed anche con intonaco staccato. Riscaldamento non funzionante.

Capitolo bagno: vecchio, mattonelle rotte, molte zone di intonaco vecchio e staccato, sembrava in stato di "semi abbandono"

Albergo situato al secondo piano con ascensore che funzionava male (abbiamo dovuto salire a piedi anche con le valige)

Alla reception ragazze sicuramente di buona volontà ma quella che ci ha fornito le chiavi all'arrivo era lenta, poco esperta, e poco assistita per cui abbiamo dovuto attendere parecchio per prendere la stanza.

Assenza di frigobar (sarebbe bastato un piccolo frigo per tenere anche solo in fresco una bottiglia di acqua!!!).

Ovviamente abbiamo diverse foto di ciò che abbiamo descritto ma evitiamo di pubblicarle comunque per rispetto della struttura.

Ci spiace dover fare una recensione negativa perchè sicuramente ci sono persone che lavorano li con coscienza ma...

Pros:

L'hotel si trova a due passi dal Duomo, in pieno centro, in un palazzo storico di pregio. Le camere sono confortevoli e lo staff è davvero cortese.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, alojarse en el corazón de Florencia, a un paso de la Catedral con unas vistas espectaculares es un verdadero lujo. El desayuno correcto. El personal siempre atento y muy amable. La limpieza diaria.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es estupenda! Está muy bien ubicado, se puede llegar caminando a muchísimos puntos turísticos, además que se puede llegar de manera cómoda con el tranvía. El personal es amable y educado, te ayudan en todo momento y solucionan cualquier duda que tengas. La habitación tiene un buen tamaño, la cama es cómoda al igual que las almohadas. La limpieza fue muy eficiente.

La ducha era un poco incómoda.
