Firenze la città più bella del mondo.
Pros:

È la terza volta che soggiorno all'Hotel dei Lanzi ed è sempre una garanzia.
Posizione centralissima davanti al Duomo, personale gentile cordiale e super preparato. Struttura nuova e pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Consigliatissimo per chi volesse visitare la bellissima Firenze.

Mi è piaciuto tutto.

Great value, centrally located hotel
Pros:

We loved the hotel’s location, it could not be more central right next to the Duomo. Comfortable beds and solid continental breakfast. The best of Florence is very walkable from the hotel so made for a memorable city break!

Great location in the historic center
Pros:

The best location in the historic center. The room had a beautiful view of the Duomo. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. Everything was great.

Merkezi bir otel
Pros:

Tesisin çıkış kapısı duomo meydanındaki katedrale bakıyor ve diğer gezilecek yerler( ponte vecio köprüsü signoria meydanı) yürüyerek 7 8 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Kahvaltı türk kahvaltısı tabikide değil ama peynir yumurta bal reçel bulabiliyorsunuz. Banyo bir tık küçük özellikle çocuk yıkarken zorlanılabilir. Ve çok önceden almamıza reğmen biz aldıktan aldıktan sonra fiyatı yaklaşık 20 euro düşmüştü.

Atendimento e localização excelente
Pros:

Recepcionistas maravilhosos, sempre muito educados e dispostos a ajudar em tudo e dar informações, café da manhã não tinha muitas opções mas muito bom, ovo, bolos, cornetos, gostamos. O quarto não era muito grande mas atendeu nossas expectativas, todos os dias tivemos serviço de quarto para limpeza. Hotel muito bom e se destacou principalmente pelo atendimento da recepção. Localização excelente, praticamente ao lado do Duomo, fizemos tudo a pé, banheiro com secador e aquecedor, muito bom!

Cons:

A tv é antiga sem internet, não recomendaram usar o elevedor pois podia apresentar problemas.
