Pros:

La ubicación. El desayuno.

Cons:

Hay una señora en la recepción medio agreta y otra señora en el sector de desayunos con muy pocas pulgas. El resto del personal bien.
El tamaño de la habitación.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta si se pretende visitar el duomo, el baptisterio, la torre, el museo del duomo, la Galería de la Academia y demás atracciones turísticas de la zona. Está muy cera de todos esos sitios, incluso de la estación de trenes.

Cons:

Aún siendo un hotel de 3 estrellas, la habitación es pequeña, incómoda y está mal distribuida, con poco espacio para guardar maletas, ropa, etc.

De ligging was schitterend, op 100m van de kathedraal van Firenze met zicht vanuit de kamer op de kathedraal.

Cons:

You have to leave the key in the front desk everytime you go outsite of the hotel. When i asked it back they don't check anything.

Great location!
Pros:

The location is excellent. The bonus is that there are 3 wonderful restaurants and a gelato shop steps away from the front door. The Duomo is only a few blocks away.

Cons:

City stamps must be paid in cash so you need to be prepared for this.

Love the location. Breakfast is decent.
Pros:

Location and very quiet.

Cons:

Very tight quarter. The light in the bathroom won’t turn off. The room key situation is a bit weird.

Hotel comodo e senza pretese
Pros:

Ottima posizione, proprio dietro il duomo e vicino anche alla stazione.
Lo staff è gentile, presente in reception h24.
Per arrivare alle camere c'è anche l'ascensore.
La camera è dotata dei comfort essenziali.

Cons:

La colazione, seppur completa di cibo dolce e salato e di bevande, non mi è sembrata di ottima qualità.

Pros:

Gostei praticamente de tudo, desde o pequeno almoço, à limpeza, à qualidade das camas e dos turcos.

Cons:

O que de negativo tenho a assinalar, por muito perigoso, é o facto de a base do duche não ser antiderrapante e não ter nenhuma barra de apoio.
