hôtel très bien placé au centre
Pros:

la localisation centrale.
la garde des bagages pendant une demi-journée après notre départ
un bon petit-déjeuner
la propreté

Cons:

beaucoup d'escaliers notamment un pour parvenir à l'ascenseur
pas de décorations dans la chambre
les couleurs marrons et gris

Breakfast was OK.
Perfect location for exploring Florence.
10 /15 min walk from traim station.

Cons:

Only comment would be there was no plug in the sink in Bathroom, which I did report.

Fine for 1 night if just looking for a good base for centre. Not a relaxing or pleasant stay.
Pros:

Good location near Central station

Cons:

Room decor was dark, depressing and tired.
Breakfast was lack lustre and basic, again quite a depressing experience.
Not hotels fault but woken up several times through the night by noise and shouting of people down on the street

la disponibilite du personnel
la proprete de la chambre et de la salle de bain
le calme
l accueil
la variete et la generosite du petit dejeuner

Cons:

l esthetique de la chambre ,le gris et le marron employes n y contribuent pas de même le manque de finition rende la chambre triste
l eclairage terne sauf pour la salle de bain; une etagere sous le lavabo permettrait de poser ses affaires
le manque de voilage qui oblige à tirer le rideau epais marron pour eviter le vis à vis

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Unicorno in Florenz war dank der ausgezeichneten Lage hervorragend.
Pros:

Ich habe drei Nächte im Hotel Unicorno verbracht und war rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, um Florenz zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Das Frühstückwar für italienische Verhältnisse sehr vielseitig und bot von Eiern und Schinken über Müsli und frische Früchte bis hin zu Cornetti alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht.

Mein Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Ich kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
