Cons:

As camareiras só iam limpar o quarto a tarde e quando voltávamos para descansar ainda não tinham limpado.

Unbeatable location in Florence especially for proximity to the duomo and market. Rooms were very clean and bigger than expected. Staff were the highlight - super friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

I was unaware that the air conditioning would turn off every time the window or balcony door opened. Having this information at check in would have prevented the place from heating up so much during the afternoon. I wish there were outlets near the bed for charging phone / kindle

Charming Stay with Outstanding Service
Pros:

We were very happy with our stay. The location is amazing, the staff are wonderful, and they went above and beyond in helping us with luggage storage. The room and bathroom were cozy, comfortable, and very well kept. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florence. Grazie

Localização é o ponto forte.

Cons:

Já havia estado neste hotel e por isso retornei, apesar do preço.
Mas fiquei frustrado.
As instalações precisam de modernização. O café da manhã já foi bem melhor.

A Charming Hotel
Pros:

We really liked this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the Duomo, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms and bathrooms were small but functional. Breakfast was simple and basic, yet decent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We would gladly stay here again whenever we are in Florence.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

In the center of the city, near to the Duomo.
Tramvia T2 from the airport to Santa Maria Novella: easy and only 700 m away to the hotel.
Room with comfortbed and bathroom, cleaned every day. Very friendly and supporting staff.
Breakfast included and well provided.
An adress to recommend!!

Consigliato, soprattutto per chi viaggia in famiglia.
Pros:

Lo staff è di una gentilezza e disponibilità davvero rare: pronti a venirci incontro in ogni esigenza, con quella cortesia che fa sentire i clienti davvero a proprio agio.
La struttura è gradevole e sempre pulita. La camera, semplice ma funzionale, offriva lo spazio necessario.
La colazione semplice ma soddisfa tutti i gusti, con opzioni sia dolci che salate.

Cons:

Un piccolo suggerimento per migliorare ulteriormente: sarebbe utile aggiornare le prese vicino alla testiera del letto con attacchi USB-C, comodissimi per chi usa il telefono come sveglia sul comodino.
