Fab location, lovely staff & comfortable bed!

Location was fantastic, right beside the Duomo. Near everything, shops , restaurants , museums etc. The staff are lovely too!

Adorei o hotel, a localização é excelente.
Encontramos 2 brasileiras trabalhando no hotel, nos ajudaram muito. Umas gracinhas. A Larissa na recepção e a outra trabalha no café, que inclusive é ótimo.
Voltaria. Recomendo.

Pros:

We got upgraded for free to a bedroom with view which was really nice of the staff, breakfast options were many and all good quality and fresh products. Also despite being on the main road, we couldn’t hear any noise from the outside! Would totally go back x

Great location in the city center few steps way from teh Cathedrale
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect - you are in the very city center, and can see the Cathedrale when you step out of the hotel. In the morning the breakfast is served on the roof top where you have a great view ! Staff was super nice and helpful.

Sin dudas volveria
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Tiene recepción y ascensor lo cual es muy cómodo. Los baños están nuevos y las camas son muy cómodos.

Cons:

La presión y temperatura de la ducha eran muy buenas pero no constante. Siempre con la misma presión pasaba del frío al calor. Pero era tan rápido el cambio

Un bel soggiorno
Pros:

Ottima posizione: hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dal Duomo e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione F.S. Ci è stata assegnata una stanza al 5 piano con vista sulla Chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore. Lo staff della reception è stato gentile e professionale. Molto utile la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio custodito prima del check-in e dopo il check-out e di utilizzare il bagno al 5 piano della struttura prima del check-in e dopo il check-out.

Cons:

La colazione. Le bevande (caffè, cappuccino, ecc.) sono disponibili tramite distributori automatici; so che molti hotel oramai optano per questa soluzione ma a me non soddisfa. Accanto agli erogatori c'erano dei bicchieri di carta, poi cercando, ho trovato la tazza in ceramica ma senza piattino. Ho dovuto chiedere il cucchiaino da caffè allo staff. Ho domandato anche se era possibile avere del caffè decaffeinato ma c'era solo la bustina stick solubile. Mentre facevamo colazione, dalla porta finestra aperta, è entrato un piccione (che può trasmettere diverse malattie) e, dato che nessuno interveniva, ho chiamato una persona dello staff, qui meno cordiale. Cibo buono. Bella la posizione della terrazza per la colazione, situata al 6 piano con vista sulla città.
