Al centro di Firenze
Pros:

Piu centrale di così......c'è il Battistero! Staff gentilissimo ed efficiente, macchinetta del caffè a disposizione degli ospiti al primo piano, colazione abbondante, letto comodissimo, stanza luminosissima, wifi senza problemi. Dalla sala colazione si accede al terrazzino con vista sulla cupola e sul campanile, in primavera/estate fare colazione lì fuori è impagabile

Cons:

L'unica cosa che manca veramente (o non sono riuscito a trovare) è la luce riservata per leggere a letto senza disturbare l'altro. O si accende la luce centrale o buio.

Great
Pros:

The staff at reception was very kind, nice and helpful. Received a free room upgrade on check in. The room was very clean, tidy, comfortable and had all amenities. The pillows were the most comfortable I have ever tried in any hotel before, so I had the best sleep ever. The location is awesome because its only a 3 min walk from the Duomo, on a very commercial road full of stores and restaurants/coffee shops, etc. and only 10min walk from the train station. But for me, the highlight was the breakfast... excellent quality products, a good variety, everything was absolutely delicious. 5 stars to the breakfast!

Cons:

The bedroom windows were leveled with a roof and with no view whatsoever, but that did not bothered me so much, because I barely spent anytime in the room during the day. The ilumination of the room could be improved. Some lamps did not work. Also, the staff at the breakfast area did not speak English, so that made it a bit difficult to get help on the first day only. After that, I was familiar with the breakfast area, and it was not a problem anymore.

Pros:

Juste magnifique . Positionnement parfait pour visiter Florence à pied . Simone à la réception. Juste exceptionnel de gentillesse et de professionnalisme .Merci à lui et à son collègue pour leur fabuleuse assistance l hotel ,refait à neuf , est juste superbe . Merci Simone . A recommander très chaudement .
