Un hôtel de qualité, propre et agréable.
Le personnel est sympathique et il y a un service pour garder les bagages, c'est pratique.
Grande chambre, lit confortable, rideaux épais pour la nuit. Tout est très propre. Grande salle de bains.
Salle de petit déjeuner avec une terrasse qui a une belle vue sur la ville et un bon choix de nourriture.

Great hotel in amazing location
Pros:

Great hotel in amazing location.
On arrival met with friendly helpful staff.
Room was of good size with en-suite. Toiletries provided.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Excellent buffet breakfast, with view of Duomo from the terrace.
Lounge area with free coffee, and secure room to leave bags if you have a later flight.
Overall an excellent place to stay, would return without hesitation.

Un bellissimo hotel nel cuore di Firenze

La posizione centrale comoda vicino al duomo e 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione,la pulizia e la grandezza della stanza, letto molto grande e comodissimo la colazione eccezionale ricca variegata freschissima ,la gentilezza l'empatia e la professionalità del personale alla reception

Posizione perfetta per noi, il personale molto gentile ed accogliente. La stanza di mio gusto con bollitore e bustine di tè e caffè solubile; doccia grande e bella; colazione molto varia e buona. Abbiamo lasciato le valige per girare ancora Firenze. Un servizio perfetto, ritornerei sicuramente e lo consiglierò.

A great place to stay in Florence. You’ll be in good hands.
Pros:

Steps to the Duomo and all major attractions. I arrived quite early, not only they had a room ready for me, they also upgraded me to a balcony room with a fantastic view of the Duomo. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can’t have a better experience. Breakfast was abundant.
