Cons:

The staff was rude and unaccomadating . We were told there was no parking , no luggage carts and no one to help with our bags . There was no place to park on the street within several blocks and we have a 1 year old child and several bags . We ended up needing to leave and booked a different hotel due to these issues .

Ottimo Hotel business. Belle e moderne le camere. Buona la colazione ed anche il prezzo è contenuto

La zona di fronte alla stazione è molto brutta frequentata da vagabondi e gente drogata

Nice hotel with great staff convenient to the Frankfurt am Main Main Train Station.
Pros:

room, proximity to train station. hotel is convenient to main train station. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

location is seedy but that can be overlooked given the customer service and wselcome provided by the staff. The hot water took a little time to warm up early in the morning but the situation resolved iitself after a few mins.

ein nahes hotel zum hauptbhnhof, museum und der arstadt
Pros:

prima war die kurze entfernung zum hauptbahnhof und den stödel-museum. bei der grossen hitze war ein kühlschrank und die klimaanlage im zimmer angenehm. das frühstück war gut und vielseitig.

Pros:

The location is good, close to the main station and it is possible to go to the old town by foot

Cons:

I didn't know about the deposit. When I was doing the check-in the guy just told me, give me 200€ without any context, and for that they only accept credit cards or cash. They should say this beforehand to be prepared

Cons:

Defect AC made constant distracting sounds even when turned off (a sort of distorted beaming), which made sleeping inherently difficult. Furthermore, the bathtub was leaking.

Cons:

Фен для волос не работал. Позвонили на ресепшен, как только заселились. Ничего не было сделано. На завтра сказали об этом уборщику, все равно не починили. Еще раз позвонили и сказали, все равно не починили. Район небезопасный. После 22:00 не стоит гулять. Всякое быдло ходит по улице. По ночам с улицы слышны крики.

Very pleasant and close to the train station. Most importantly it has AC

It was 3 mns walking from the train station. The AC was a must during the heatwave.

I would not choose this hotel again, but for one night stay was good value for money
Pros:

Beautiful lobby, exceptionally good breakfast

Cons:

Room would need more thorough cleaning (some dusty corners, shower drainage…). Area was really ugly and dirty, but close to city center
