Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was great value, right in the middle of Pondi, and it had it's own outdoor terrace and kitchen.

good but not fully satisfied with room size.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was in the main area and we can reach all the tourist spots from that place very quickly,
room was very neat and clean,
my only concern was the room size and it was not very satisfactory and it was less than what i have expected.

Cons:

room size was very less but room was pretty decent and service was also good.

Great stay at a prime location.
Pros:

A clean, functioning hotel at an excellent location. It's not a luxury hotel, but it is an exceptional value for money. The reception staff was very kind and helpful.
