Security Deposit Creditable
Pros:

Location, price, size of room were all great.

Cons:

Hearing from other past guests that the hotel has a reputation for unnecessarily keeping some if not all of the $100 security deposit. I checked in on 6/22 and checked out 6/25. Room was cleaned and left immaculate by myself. Here we are on 7/6 and they still have not released my funds to me as it remains pending in my account. There is no reason to not release the charge and $100 in the world of today is no small amount. Please respond.

El personal de servicio fue amable.

Cons:

Las fotos que aparecen en internet no se parecen en nada a la realidad; las camas eran incómodas, había muchas cosas oxidadas y gente fumando marihuana fuera de las habitaciones. Las instalaciones están deterioradas y la piscina estaba sucia; incluso vi cucarachas. Me cambiaron a tres habitaciones diferentes: en la primera, el desagüe del baño no funcionaba; en la segunda, el aire acondicionado estaba averiado y provocó una inundación; y en la tercera, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente. No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto; no es un lugar adecuado para familias.

This place is nothing like the pictures. Besides that it’s a shelter there’s a lot of people on drugs hanging around the from the parking to the lobby and the bloody room it’s absolutely disgusting
