Brilliant
Pros:

Excellent service, very helpful staff and clean rooms. Staff were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again next time I visit Nepal.

Also very easy to organize tours and sight seeing activities through the hotel. Better price than most of the other organizations in Kathmandu.

Pros:

very poor services by hotel stuff.before booking hotel manager told about many facility but after booking we get many problem.house keeping,guide for visit places not good food also very bed.i suggest never book this hotel.there is very big Difference between speech and action.

Pros:

We are regular here.Every time its was good but this time the service was very very poor.We ordered sunny side omelette but we got plain omelette which takes them 1 hour and 25 minutes to serve.There was no towel and toilet roll in the room... i call at reception for towels and toilet roll but waited and waited no one came with those items.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay here. Specially 😍 the chicken sizzler and chicken wings momo. I am also thankful that they provided me with an eco-friendly approach of choosing a metal straw. At least I could have my drink with a clear conscience 😁

The hotel staff were helpful even provided me with a mobile charger for use in the middle of the night. Also my room had these vibrant posters but with a peaceful ambience and I really had a good night's sleep which I believe is a rare quality in hotels in Thamel. Would definitely visit again.
