Daarnaast zou ik een vergoeding ontvangen en wacht nu al circa 2 weken en personeel laat niets meer van zich horen.
Per mail een bevestiging ontvangen dat ik de vergoeding van 1 nacht zou ontvangen en nu reageren ze niet meer en komen de afspraken ook niet na.
Tot nu toe 2 keer gebeld vanuit Nederland en zou teruggebeld worden. Nog niet gebeld

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly memorable stay!
Pros:

We had the most wonderful 7-night stay during our girls’ trip to Paris! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. It was especially nice meeting some fellow Congolese staff members( were Congolese Americans)

The location is unbeatable, with the most beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. We always felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Even when we returned very late at night—sometimes around 2:00 a.m.—there was always someone at the front desk ready to assist us.

One thing that really stood out was the exceptional honesty and service of the team. I accidentally left my Loro Piana scarf behind when traveling to Brussels, and the staff carefully kept it for me until I returned to Paris. I was so grateful to get it back!

Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We can’t wait to return—next time with the kids!

Excellent stay during Roland Garros
Pros:

Loved everything especially the Roland Garros atmosphere. Staff was very good. Location is great with the Eiffel Tower view.

Cons:

Nothing. Maybe breakfast can get a bit crowded but it’s not a big problem.

Pros:

Close to Eiffel Tower and in the center

Cons:

The rooms are not clean. For almost the entire stay, whenever we leave the room the towels on the floors are kept as is, and if removed they are not replaced with new ones.

The toilets are not clean and dirty. They require deep, very deep deep cleaning to be honest.

I would not recommende this hotel to anyone
Pros:

First of all hotel is extremely expensive and that too with so bad service broken furniture? Who charges 24euros for two cups of Americano coffee ??

Location was great.

Cons:

The room was not what I expected. The refrigerator in the room did not work, and as a result, I had to throw away everything I had bought at the supermarket. When I complained, it was replaced with another refrigerator, but unfortunately, that one did not work either.

Because of this, I had no cold water during my stay.

The shower was acceptable, but nothing more than that.
