Staff, service of taxis, beds, cleanliness. With one exception.
The one exception was bathroom overall was clean except for the shower needs the gout in some place to be fixed and clean the black grime on the runner of shower, and other places to be cleaned.

the housekeeping keeps forgetting to refill my tea and coffee.

Lage
Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm gebucht (hohe Etage) und über 800€ für eine Nacht bezahlt. Als wir angekommen sindund den Schlüssel für Zimmer 805 bekommen haben (Etage 8) sind wir ins Zimmer und dieses war noch von den Gästen vor und nicht gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Alles war unordentlich, die Betten nicht frisch bezogen und die alten Handtücher lagen noch auf dem Boden. Auch der Mülleimer war voll und die Toilette verschmutzt. Als ich dann zur Rezeption bin und den Fall schilderte, kam nur ein „sorry“ und man gab mir eine andere Karte für das Zimmer mit der Nummer 405. Ich sagte dann, dass ich für ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage bezahlt habe. Dann wurde mir gesagt, es sei jetzt kein anderes mehr frei und ich müsste das nehmen. Keine Reaktion auf Wiedergutmachung oder Ähnliches. Nach dem Motto „Friss oder Stirb“. Von einem so exklusiven Hotel mit solchen Preisen, erwarte ich viel mehr Professionalität. Als es dann am Morgen zum Frühstück ging, bekamen wir keins mehr, da es angeblich zu spät war. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir bis 10:30 Uhr frühstücken gehen können und waren um 10:20 Uhr da und wollten nur schnell eine Tassee Kaffee trinken. Jedoch wurde uns der Gang zum Buffett verwehrt. Es kam nur ein „sorry“. Schlechtes Hotel, noch schlimmerer Service und null Gästeorientiert.

Location and view which are the reason I picked the hotel - amazing! You have an unobstructed view of the Effiel Tower from your balcony - loved it! The hotel managed to give us rooms next to each other and interconnected, which made a huge difference when we had morning coffee, room service or just enjoying the night lights of the Effiel tower. Thank you.

The location was superb as we wanted to be close to the Eiffel Tower.
We made multiple requests for milk and water and eventually we got some at the restaurant downstairs after more then 24hrs after the initial request and multiple follow up requests.
My meal in the restaurant had a hair in it, which I notified the floor manager which took a while as they were busy, he took action immediately and I received a replacement however I had lost my appetite, he did comp the entire meal which was good.
The day before departure we organised to have someone come up and assist us with our luggage, however when 15mins past the pre arranged time and no one came I went downstairs and the same person I spoke to said oh yeah I forgot what room you where in, NOT GOOD ENOUGH, it was early with nonother guests around no excuse. Overall very disappointed 😞
