Everything was good except the registration taking too long and a bit confusing as they couldn’t find my booking record.
Pros:

Good for short stay as long as you need to refresh and rejuvenate before attending any events.

Within town, but peripheral. No interesting spots within walking distance, and eating café not to local visitors taste. Seems that many residential premises in vicinity are non-malaysian.
