Pros:

The hotel was amazing. But the room was so noisy so we hadn’t had much sleep which was not ideal as we were there for the Paris marathon. The windows/doors were so thin which meant we were kept awake all night with the street noise

Well, first, there are water marks on the ceiling.
Then the lamp is also a little bit dirty.
