I liked the proximity to the airport and the onsite restaurant.
I specifically looked for a hotel with 24 hour airport shuttle service because we had an early flight. After I booked, I got a message from the hotel stating that their shuttle runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day. The morning before my check in, I called the hotel and received an automated message stating the same thing. When I checked in, I told the front desk guy that I needed to leave at 3am that night and asked again if the shuttle would be available. He said yes and to come down 5-10 minutes before the hour. We got downstairs at 2:45am and were told that there was no driver and that the shuttle was not going to be running that night. I was so stressed out because I was traveling alone with 3 kids and had to scramble to get to the airport in the middle of the night with no help from the hotel at all. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for an Uber and had to pay $25. So disappointed by this experience when I did everything I could to find a hotel with 24 hour shuttle service.
Close to the airport
The breakfast time in the app said until 10:30, however. Breakfast is only served until 10, the personnel on the front deck were not friendly.
The shuttle bus didn't arrive, we called them and they said in 20 minutes it would arrive however that never happened, we took a taxi instead.
The space was very nice and accommodating and the staff was amazing thank you Ms Shalanda we plan to book again
Todo
Nada de Que quejarse.
The hotel was an overall great experience, especially the fashion show that was held there.
The location of the Fashion show was very accessible. Very clean and Hospitable… The Event it self was very well organized and executed with nothing but Class and professionalism. Spring Fling Fashion Show 2026 Absolutely Amazing and the Entertainment was A+….🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Shalanda Jackson was the best ever. She helped me through the whole process of planning my fashion show. She is greatly appreciated. We will book another event at this hotel next year as well. Thank you so much 😊🙏🏾 You were awesome 💜
Have used the Airport Parking from the Holiday Inn Houston-Intercontinental Arpt, on 15222 JFK Boulevard Houston for the IAH Airport a number of times, and quite frankly it is a complete hit or miss. The past two times was a miss, and this last time was horrible. Waited at C Terminal for 50 minutes, called 4 times, and each time they told me they are coming, just a few minutes, sorry about that, just running a bit late. Just not worth the few bucks you save, not to mention they only pickup/drop-off at Terminal A and C. Save yourself the aggravation and frustration, and find another place to park that knows how to treat their customers.
You advertised it with a bar, however the bar was closed. We purposely chose this hotel so we could relax in the bar with an evening meal.
I like how staff members were polite from moment we arrived.
Didn’t like how cleaning staff knocking on doors at 9 am.
I feel like they should know who’s checkout and not asking door by door.
We were there for a graduation. It was close to the airport but there is nothing else around.
Elevator didn’t seem safe.
Rooms: damp, air conditioning very noisy, soiled bathroom upon check in, outside traffic can be heard all evening, spotty internet service, good breakfast options
Accommodations: no running water for almost 2 days, no functioning toilets at that time-had to obtain pool water in garbage pails to flush toilet, when water restored it was cold, no shower head pressure
Staff: inexperienced, inattentive, lack of communication within the hotel, inability to reach a manager during hotel crisis, poor follow through from one shift to next
Location: not ideal for events in the city of Houston(Convention Center), long commute with very heavy traffic, best for business meeting stays in surrounding area, airport shuttle bus convenience, ample parking, parking lot gates locked at night with exception of main entrance
Grounds: Clean, safety concern when large holes dug in grass to repair water issue and no cones or notification around sites placed, community (non guests) use basketball courts in evening hours
We stayed at this hotel while in town for a competition, and our experience was completely unacceptable.
During our stay, the hotel had a water outage lasting over 24 hours, followed by additional intermittent failures. There was no functioning water in guest rooms. Toilets would not flush, showers did not work, and sinks had no running water. When water was partially restored, it remained inconsistent and unreliable. It was incredibly stressful not knowing when basic utilities would return.
Restrooms quickly became unsanitary due to the inability to flush. Guests were instructed to use pool water in buckets to manually flush toilets. Management was non existent the entire stay. We were repeatedly told to wait until the General Manager arrived, and when she was supposedly on site, she was unavailable and not accessible to speak with guests. There was little to no communication about when or if service would be restored, which only made the situation more frustrating.
To make matters worse, the televisions in our rooms did not work. Staff acknowledged they were aware the TVs were out in that wing of the hotel, yet guests were still assigned to those rooms without disclosure or accommodation.
Beyond the water issue, the hotel itself was visibly dirty. There were stains throughout the carpets and hallways, which added to the overall feeling that the property was poorly maintained.
Despite repeated attempts to secure assistance or alternative accommodations, no meaningful support was provided during the outage. A partial refund was later issued, which does not come close to reflecting the severity of the disruption.
Running water, basic sanitation, and clean facilities are minimum standards. This property failed to meet them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
