Pros:

It was good. Breakfast was better than most. WiFi worked well. Beds were comfortable. Shower had better pressure than most hotels I've stayed at.

Hotel worth a second chance
Pros:

We stayed here several years ago and decided not to return because of the neglected rooms and grounds. Upon learning that it had been recently renovated, we decided to give it another chance. We were pleased to see that the renovations vastly improved the facility and we look forward to returning when we travel to KC again.

Clean, modern, comfortable!
Pros:

We thought the room was spacious and very modern! A nice surprise when checking in so late!

Cons:

We were concerned about our check-in time, due to us attending a football game at the Chiefs stadium. I called to inform them that we would have a late check-in and were told we needed to be there before 2:00 am. I wasn’t for sure why, or what would’ve happened if we didn’t make it, but so glad we did!

Pros:

Food was good and one of your employees (Cash) was super at customer service.

Cons:

Fire alarm going off and having to exit the building around 10:00 p.m.

It was great!
Pros:

It was really clean!

Cons:

I didn't like how the website felt misleading. It said it had a pool but there were no pictures but it said it had one. I have little kids and I guess they have one but it was outside and only open for a few months at a time.
