Das Hotel, die Zimmer und die Ausstattung ist modern. Alles ist sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück frisch, umfangreich und lecker. Die Lage ist auch gut.

Great stay!
Pros:

Everything was clean, reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as well. Had an overall wonderful stay! Location too for the World Cup was convenient!

Friendly staff, nice amenities, poor cleaning servies
Pros:

The overall hotel was fine. Not luxurious, but nice staff, lots of amenities in the room, and a large breakfast spread. However, our room was not clean whne we arrived (at 1am after two long flights). There was hair on the floor, a stain in the tub, and some random liquid streaked down the wall. We left the next morning and came back late to find that house-keeping hadn't come by at all! Really disappointed in the overall cleaning measures at the hotel. It would have been a great experience other than those distasteful moments.

Un hotel con servicios simples y para estar de paso.

Cons:

Que no tenian alimentos gluten free en el drsayuno, a pesar de haberlo pedido en la reserva confirmada.
En 4 desayunos no supieron resolverlo a pesar de tenerlo pago en la tarifa acordada.

Cons:

The bathroom no waste basket and wasted room, worse was the small area outside the bathroom no room for anything to try and wash or especially put on makeup and do hair.

Pros:

Although it was marketed that we would have access to the following amenities: Pool, Refrigerator, and Ice Machines, we didn’t get all of these amenities even though we paid the full rate of pay. Our athletes use these amenities for their needs (icing, PT exercise, relaxation, feeding), but we didn’t have use of them or they all weren’t working.

The look of the hotel and the politeness of the staff was standard, just wish that we would have gotten our money’s worth considering we paid for amenities we didn’t get to utilize.

Quick getaway - clean and comfortable stay
Pros:

This Hyatt is located in a great spot. Easy access to Downtown KC and the Plaza without having to stay in the big city. Close to highways for easy access but tucked off the main street. Very secure area. Super clean and comfortable room. There is a bar onsite (bartender made delicious drinks and he was very friendly and personable). There is also a kitchen so ordering food at the bar was easy and a great place to chill and watch the game.
