I have never met a more friendly and accommodating hotel staff. They were so kind and welcoming and made the stay as easy and carefree as possible. I had a family emergency come up, and they were very caring and understanding and helpful through the entire process. I needed to check out early, they did it with ease. Then, things changed and I was able to come back. They checked me back in, the same room, no issues. It was actually such an amazing stay. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was phenomenal, and staff was 12/10! I would highly recommend your next stay here!

The outdoor pool was dirty and disgusting. My family picked this hotel because they were one of the few that had an outdoor pool so make sure you see what the pool looks like before you pick this hotel for this reason. The staff were very nice overall and the breakfast was pretty nice. Breakfast was open from 6-10 so nice big time span. The room we were in had a lot of issues. The refrigerator was broken and it took them 3 days to bring us a new one. The faucet on the sink was loose. There was a clock in the room that had the wrong time and we couldn't change it to the right time. The bath tub drain was filled with hair so every time we showered we were standing in puddles of water. Other things were nice about the hotel like the noise level. The hotel was full but it didn't feel that way at all. It was easy to use the elevator and there were always seats in the lobby. There was a lot of free parking. They had a bar at nighttime that you can sit in but it was odd because you could only order alcohol, you couldn't order sodas, if you wanted that you had to go by it from their little store. The location of the hotel was great for us getting to where we needed to go to.

The pool needs a good cleaning but nothing to complain about. Given how immaculate the place was, I am sure it’s on the to do list.
We loved everything, great room! Spacious and comfortable. No complaints. Best continental breakfast we've ever had at a hotel.
Zero complaints
AC was awful, room was so hot, room would not cool down at all. Fridge in the room was warm, WiFi was so slow, wasn’t offered water at all during my stay as a Hyatt Explorist member. Was supposed to stay here 5 nights, didn’t even stay 1 night and “ate” the cost of the room because of all these issues and stayed down the road instead. Hottest week of the year, room was 75 degrees when I checked in, after 2 hours temperature only went down 3 degrees and the ac fan was blowing very weak. Stay elsewhere, you’ll thank me later.

The room wasn’t the cleanest a clothes were left from the previous guest. Bathroom was extremely small pubic hair was in the tub.
