It was great!
Pros:

It was really clean!

Cons:

I didn't like how the website felt misleading. It said it had a pool but there were no pictures but it said it had one. I have little kids and I guess they have one but it was outside and only open for a few months at a time.

Clean, modern, comfortable!
Pros:

We thought the room was spacious and very modern! A nice surprise when checking in so late!

Cons:

We were concerned about our check-in time, due to us attending a football game at the Chiefs stadium. I called to inform them that we would have a late check-in and were told we needed to be there before 2:00 am. I wasn’t for sure why, or what would’ve happened if we didn’t make it, but so glad we did!

Great hotel and location
Pros:

Hotel is in good condition, rooms are spacious, breakfast is decent, staff is nice, bed is comfortable. Parking is free, hotel location is close to freeway and restaurants and shopping. What more could you want?
Maybe a bigger bathroom (shower/toilet). It was so small, you either had to get in the shower or sit/stand on the toilet to open and close the bathroom door.

Pros:

The staff was very kind and the location was good.

Cons:

The shower was not designed for a taller person. I am 5'4 and can rest my hand flat against the ceiling of the shower. The notes left during booking, for an additional blanket was not acknowledged and the extra fee paid for breakfast was for nothing as there was not a breakfast provided.

They performed a reverse identity theft on me
Pros:

Strangely, I didn't technically stay there, but they created an account using my email address and won't stop harassing me, so I get all the downsides of staying there without being there in person. I have called them to request that they fix the issue, and they are too incompetent to do anything about it. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR INFORMATION!!!
