Во время пребывания с нами случился очень неприятный инцидент.
Прямо в апартаментах нас ограбили.
Пока нас не было в апартаментах, приходила уборщица, которую никто не вызывал и никто не просил прибраться. Мол, убралась она в наших апартаментах по ошибке. Да и «прибралась» она так, что забрала с собой ни только наш мусор, но и деньги моей подруги (более 550$), подзарядное устройство от айфона, все наши продукты и бытовую химию.
Работники ресепшен вообще никак не хотели нам помогать, игнорируя этот инцидент и нас.
Местная полиция также ничем не помогла. Сложилось впечатление, что полиция работала только для вида.

Пообщавшись с некоторыми жителями, мы поняли, что это не случайность, а закономерность в данном жилом комплексе.

Грустно, так как мы приехали как туристы отдохнуть, насладиться красивыми видами, вкусной едой и грузинским гостеприимством. А после такого «гостеприимства» не хочется возвращаться в данный многоквартирный комплекс и город вообще!

These rooms are not provided by the official Orbi, but by a private company, and you'll need to find their office to check in (located in Block C) in one of the rooms. Before checking in, we requested to see the room to ensure that everything was ok, but we were initially denied. After half an hour of persuasion, they finally agreed to let us to see it. The room was located in a another building, and considering the queues in the elevators and crowds in Orbi general, it took us about 20 minutes one way. The description of the room does not quite reflect the reality: the view is not of the sea, but of the windows of the neighboring coprus and the construction site between them, but this is not critical, because it is not particularly desirable to go out on the balcony because of the noise and dust. The bathroom in the description is a shower bottom, not the bath. The rim of the toilet was broken. The walls are also thin, there are no door plugs, and the neighbors can be heard very well. In general, it is possible to stay in the room and live there, but it’s always a quest to get in or turn back there (queues in elevators, unorganized check-in).

1.No és cert que hi hagi aparcament públic gratis. És un complex davant del passeig marítim on 1000 cotxes pretenen aparcar alhora!. 2.Per trobar l'oficina (no era l'hotel!!) que gestionava la nostra reserva vam estar 1 h voltant pel complex amb les motxilles. 3.Quan vam trobar l'oficina van estar 30m fent trucades per trobar-nos el nostre apartament. Quan el van trobar, ens van dir que era en un altre edifici. 4. Malgrat l'oferta deia que no s'acceptava pagament en efectiu, ens van exigir pagament per avançat i efectiu, o que marxéssim. 5.No ens van voler ensenyar fotos de l'apartament (4 nits) ja que les de l'oferta de booking deien que no es corresponien amb el que ens havien trobat. 6. Com no teníem prou efectiu per pagar, i el preu s'havia apujat 40€no sé per què, ens van dir que cacel.laven i que fessim el favor de marxar, la qual cosa anàvem a fer igualment perquè no teníem cap altra opció.
