Staff was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good.

Very clean. I also loved the tiled flooring, I’m so pleased there wasn’t any carpet.

I couldn’t get the iron to work properly.

Great place, great service, great perks.
Pros:

The front desk person Juliet or Julia was very good. She was professional, yet funny, and had great customer service. We loved her.

Cons:

The evening we were there the pool was closed? It would have been nice to know about the closure before hand. My kids were looking forward to swimming.

Not pet friendly comfortable bed great breakfast exceptional staff.
Pros:

The location is excellent for early flights. Also not being pet friendly is comforting for those of us with allergies. The breakfast was very good. Staff was exceptional. We actually left an item in the breakfast area and didn’t discover it missing until we were at the airport. Not only had staff retrieved it but they also delivered it to the airport. Crisis diverted!

Excellent facility. I really liked the parking situation. And that bed was the most comfortable bed
Pros:

My room was very clean. The bed was super comfy. The food from continental breakfast and the restaurant was fantastic.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.

I was surprised at several aspects of this hotel. Very convenient location. Extremely clean room. Very nice shower. Good hot tub and pool. The staff was friendly, accessible, and present.
