Great family friendly stay
Pros:

Staff was amazing. Coffee was great. Pool was just what the kids needed! Everything was clean. Breakfast was good and the staff were on top of stocking everything. If you like a firm bed, this is for you!

The scent in the hallways were very strong.

The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Particularly a young lady with a lovely (slight) accent from the Dominican Republic. She was exceptionally kind, patient, efficient, and professional.

Excellent location and service. Fix the emails.
Pros:

Very close to the airport. Extremely good shuttle service.

Cons:

I am still getting emails telling me that my vehicle is in their parking lot. We have been gone for over two months. I called two months ago and they said it was a glitch or malfunction in their system. I would have given a 10 rating.
