Good value. Small but tidy room.
Pros:

We arrived late and left early, so didn't spend much time at the hotel. The hotel itself is pretty cool if you like old buildings. The room was clean and had the basics. Never saw staff, but they were helpful and clear in communicating in advance of our stay. It was a good value and we would consider staying there again.

Cons:

Shower in room 12 was a bit of an adventure, but no big deal. Room was smallish but again, it worked for our needs just fine.

Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Very dog-friendly as well. Restaurant downstairs was excellent.

It was clean but for a £105 a night for a bed and a worm shower was to expensive

There was no breakfast

Cons:

Water was just worm in the morning and no hot water in the evening and one day it was completely cold food in restaurant was dreadful on Mondays Tuesday and Wednesday. Bed was not changed in the 10 days we were there . If we wonted clean Tails we were told to leave dirty ones in Bath which we did no clean Tails and dirty ones were still in bath when we got back from being out all day.no one ever on reception . And no phone number to contact anyone

J'avais téléphoné quelques jours avant pour demander un check-in plus tôt étant donné notre événement à 15h30. On m'a alors assuré que les 4 chambres seraient prêtes pour 14 hres. Cependant, le message ne s'est pas fait et les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes. Avoir su, les employées auraient débuter l'entretien par ces 4 chambres.
