Several mentions of clean rooms
Friendly, helpful and hospitable staff
Good value/price for short stays
Cons:
Breakfast poor / limited variety
Exterior / outside appearance poorly maintained

Categories

Cleanliness
6.9
Mixed signals: several guests praised rooms as clean, but multiple complaints about unclean rooms, dirty sink water and requests for more thorough cleaning and AC noise indicate inconsistency.
Service
8.8
Generally positive: guests noted friendly, helpful and hospitable staff and good welcome; one report of an unresolved room-move request lowers this slightly.
Location
9.6
Strongly positive: many guests highlighted convenient location (near freeway, convenient for short stays) and specifically cited the location as a pro.
Room Quality
7.5
Mostly positive: comfortable beds and nice bathrooms reported, but some guests experienced AC noise and issues with warm/dirty sink water.
Amenities
6.5
Below average: exterior/grounds described as poorly maintained or unattractive and guests suggested lacking small amenities (e.g., water bottles/fountain).
Value for Money
9
Positive value perception: multiple comments indicate the hotel is a good price for location and short stays, described as 'ok for the price' and explicitly noted price as a pro.
Food and Beverage
6
Negative: breakfast repeatedly described as poor, disappointing and with very limited variety.
Overall Experience
8.1
Generally favorable for short stays: guests report comfortable, clean rooms and helpful staff, with trade-offs in breakfast quality, exterior condition and occasional cleanliness/facility issues.
