Very modern and tech savvy place. Environment is peaceful and relaxing.
They have a short drive way ‘cause the place is around the corner. But even then, it’s still worth staying in.

The location! The restaurant was also a nice touch although over priced. That’s about it.
The room was so small it was uncomfortable for even two people. The shower only had a shower curtain that kept touching me when I showered and it too was so small I couldn’t shower without touching the walls. The soap barely comes out the pump when u press it. There was mold around the faucet knobs and no pool, hot tub, fitness center or anything. No elevator to second floor. For the price I feel this hotel really under delivered! I also felt the staff were just blah…. No warmth whatsoever. I definitely would not say here again.
Problem-solving/Efficiency: I had a minor issue packing flowers to take home, but Eliu at reception resolved it quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. Similarly, Veronica was very helpful during the day; we spent a week here, and she was also very professional and accommodating in our daily interactions.

La cama es lo mejor, amplísima y comodísima, que un hotel es lo que más interesa. La ubicación excelente, al lado de la zona de ocio y con autobuses en la puerta.
Que los recepcionistas no hablaran español cuando en cualquier local o restaurante lo hablaban.
The property was modern and stylish, perfectly located within walking distance of everything. The room was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Staff were very friendly, the location was great, the room was a good size, and the hotel was well designed. Nice spare amenities.
The table surfaces in the room were dirty, the bed linens were not secured to the comfortable or covering the pillows well, the floors were dusty, and curtains were stained. We also had to check in over an hour late because housecleaning wasn’t ready.
Service from staff was incredible and it was good to have a keypad lock rather than a card to be responsible for.
Having to use stairs to get to room- no obvious elevator made it difficult considering I had a knee reco a couple months ago. Not complaining just made me a little sore.
Self contained so had to reuse the same towels each day.

No lift/elevator
Staff was very friendly and assisted in bringing my luggage up and down the stairs as there was no elevator. Cafe amici is nestled In the courtyard and had excellent drinks and delicious food.
The walls are thin which I expected and the bed was a little uncomfortable. But it suited my need for the night.
Room was small but comfortable. It is basic, but we expected that as this is the Sonder format. The noise was very disturbing. There are hallway doors that constantly slam and if your close to those doors, then it’s an uncomfortable stay.
