AC not working
Pros:

The facility was good. If the AC had worked the stay would have been great.

Cons:

The room AC was not working. Called front desk at around 3am when room got very hot. After around 15 minutes, which I think is reasonable time, a person came and said that the AC only works if the temp is set to 70 degrees. I believe he started the fan (not cooling). Could not sleep except couple of hours in the beginning.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Always a fantastic stay Ayres Diamond bar, and it’s our favorite hotel in Southern California.Comfortable beds, quiet at night. Great pool. Very Clean, staff is helpful. Silvia and Brian are fantastic! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Danielle gave us a welcoming cookie and drink at happy hour. This place is awesome! Can’t wait to come back for Christmas.

Loved the hotel and plan to come back again in the future!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, spotless rooms and great amenities. I loved the layout of the spacious rooms and deep bath tubs. Bed was very comfy and slept like a baby.

Cons:

Sometimes when I would use the bathroom sink a sewer smell would come up and was pretty strong

It was a very nice hotel. The staff was very nice. Great beds and clean. My room did smell like smoke , but I let them know and they offered to move me. I just didn’t want to be charged and they went out of their way to way to make sure it was taken care of!

Pros:

I do like that it is right next to the freeway and that target is up the street and a few restaurants

Cons:

I felt the breakfast could have been a lot better. Eggs were here dry, potatoes over cooked bacon over cooked and the white bread had mold all over it the only reason I found out it had mold on it is my son saw the bottom of it before I put it in the little toaster thing
