My past visits were better. This time seemed a bit off with the above.

Beds are comfortable and complimentary cookies nice.

Cons:

Our room was freezing, and the front desk didn't give proper directions on how to either lower the temperature or turn it off. It also seemed broken since there was a loud noise accompanying the cold temperature all night. Doors slamming in the hallway was also pretty bad. And the hot water took awhile to come on. It's not as strong in the shower too. And the breakfast not as good as the other times. Food seemed a bit cold this time.

Great location for a short stay. The staff working the front desk was exceptional.. very helpful and polite.
Pros:

Location is close to the freeway for accessibility, however, the soundproofing is fantastic and you cannot hear any noise in the room. The rooms are big and spacious.

Cons:

The facility is outdated and old. Would be great with a facelift. As compared to the room, the bathroom is a little small and tight.

Don’t sleep on this hotel.

This is a fantastic find with a super convenient location right off the 60 freeway where the 57 meets the 60 — easy on, easy off, no stress.

Rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The A/C worked flawlessly (huge win), and the room comes equipped with a refrigerator, coffee pot, and a safe. Bonus points for the excellent shower water pressure — details matter.

The pool area on the east side of the property is clean and inviting and overlooks a beautifully maintained golf course, which makes it feel far more relaxing and upscale than your typical freeway hotel.

EV drivers will appreciate the on-site charging, and parking is plentiful and free — something that’s becoming rare.

Service here truly stands out. Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming — exactly what you want when traveling.

And let’s talk about the complimentary breakfast. This wasn’t your typical sad hotel spread. The eggs were real eggs, and the pancakes were genuinely delicious and you can make your own waffles.

Nice easy parking, welcoming entry, easy friendly check in, big clean nice rooms, heated pool, yummy breakfast & ove

The property was clean and clearly well cared for, the decor in the lobby was warm and inviting.

Cons:

The single thing I didn’t like was the bed was a bit too firm, but that is just my preference. I would let it deter anyone from staying here.

Ayres Suites Diamond Bar has a wonderful staff, starting at the front desk, to the breakfast people, and housekeeping staff! Everyone is helpful and very friendly! Thank you to all of you!

Cons:

The pillows were too soft and woke up with a stiff neck... that did not happen with our last stay.
