Quarto muito grande, bem mobiliado que incluía uma mini copa com pia, frigobar, microondas e máquina de café. Café da manhã com opção de frutas e uma senhora que preparava na hora um omelete, panqueca ou ovos mexidos, muito bom!

It’s near a lot of restaurants
It seems to be very old. Definitely not like the same Ayres I’ve stayed at before. The bed was so worn out my mom couldn’t sleep comfortably. The first night she woke up with back pains. I had to switch beds with her because mines was halfway decent. The tv remote and channels are all misconstrued. There’s no channel guide paper like the other Ayres I stayed at which tells you. So I went to the front desk and they gave me a paper that was dated from June 2021 which had no relevance to the channels now cause it didn’t match. The breakfast at the property was horrible! The hash browns were undercooked and the eggs were watery. It’s very disappointing cause I had a great experience at the Ayres in Orange County ! The food , the beds, the customer service everything was excellent and so I took pride in booking my next stay at the Ayres again this time in Ontario for me and my mothers getaway weekend and it was really disappointing. Now I gotta find another hotel to stay at next time we are in the area cause it just wasn’t the best.

The TV remote stopped working. I requested a different remote and received one that didn’t work at all. I was offered to switch rooms by the maintenance crew By now if was around 1:00am so went the whole stay without a TV.

Very clean, everyone was super friendly.
No negative feedback
Clean and well maintained property. Convenient location. Employee were helpful and kind. I liked the return of a made up room every day of our stay. (Some hotels are still not doing that) Beds made, fresh towels, tidy room every day we returned from convention.
Location was great. Breakfast was outstanding!
