Worst stay
Pros:

I didn’t like the property. It has been the worst ayres I stayed in.

Cons:

Tv didn’t work properly. The bed was too soft. My key didn’t work to go to the pool area. The staff seemed very disorganized and distracted. I felt ignored. The room just seemed out of place as if things were missing. No couch or seating area.

Pros:

Conveniently located to indoor and outdoor malls. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms were quiet.

Cons:

Little gnats were seen on the bathroom counter. Not sure where they came from.

Hotel worth staying at near the airport!
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, but very limited if you have food allergies. Overall hotel was excellent location & very clean! With staying at if coming into the area from Ontario airport.

Cons:

More breakfast options for people with food allergies. Also, there was a slightly sweaty smell in room.

Great location, great rooms, perfect for early flights from ONT
Pros:

Perfect location near the Ontario airport, great large clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, great pillows and quiet atmosphere, exactly what you need before a long flight back home.

Cons:

The only minor inconvenience was the TV remote was not easy to use, was hard to find channel guide. Everything else was exceptional.
