Hôtel pas si incroyable pour le prix
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé (proche des stations de métro Monument et Bank), la literie est confortable et la chambre + salle de bain sont assez spacieuses. Il y a une fontaine à eau à côté des ascenseurs (dommage qu'il faille une bouteille en plastique pour l'utiliser).
Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir laisser nos bagages quelques heures après le check-out.

Cons:

Le check-in/check-out se fait sur une tablette à l'entrée, il n'y a pas de front desk, ce qui fait partie des caractéristiques qui rendent cet hôtel assez froid et impersonnel. Le personnel de l'hôtel est certes présent pour aider au check-in/check-out mais debout dans l'entrée...
Le ménage était fait au quotidien mais sommairement.
Pas de brosse pour les WC.
La ventilation dans la chambre est assez bruyante.
En résumé nous avons été plutôt déçus de notre séjour dans cet hôtel 4*, nous nous attendions à plus confortable en général.

Lovely bank holiday stay.
Pros:

Central location close to various pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Plenty of transport if required but we walked everywhere.

Never had any food or anything in the hotel but looked clean and plenty of options.

A hidden treasure of a place!
Pros:

I'd booked the wrong night, staff were able to swap it out at relatively short notice. Room was lovely, shower amazing and the staff on the door were really helpful.

Pros:

L’emplacement.

Cons:

Chambre trop petite pour 2 personnes.
Mauvaise disposition des portes dans la pièce.
Lit trop petit.
J’ai l’impression d’avoir été abusé pour le prix des chambres. En la réservant, j’ai payé un prix nettement supérieur à ceux sui ont suivi et qui baissaient sans arrêts.

Ottimo albergo nella City
Pros:

Posizione strategica, mezzi di trasporto molto vicini. Il personale molto preparato, pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi. Mi è piaciuta l’idea del dispenser per l’acqua con le relative bottiglie. Non posso valutare la colazione perché fatta sempre fuori
