Cons:

La mattina della partenza è suonato l’allarme antincendio alle 5.50, tutto l’albergo evacuato per poi scoprire che era un falso allarme, siamo tornati a letto e appena addormentati è suonato di nuovo. Da parte dello staff solo semplici scuse e ci hanno detto di un malfunzionamento. Sarebbe una situazione da rimborsare secondo me.

Sehr gute Lage, nettes Personal und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, für Großstadtverhaeltnisse sehr groß.

A great pick for any occasion
Pros:

I have stayed at multiple locations and always have a lovely experience. The rooms are very clean, nice size and plenty of amenities. The breakfast is fabulous as well.
One slightly disappointing item, the aircon in my room would only blow heat. After multiple requests over 2 days, I was offered a different room. I would have expected that right up front as the room was consistently 25 degrees.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicinissimo alle fermate Monument, Bank e Liverpool Street. Check-in e check-out rapidi, con possibilità di lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli al check out. Camera confortevole e con finestra (non scontato a Londra)

Pros:

Came down to London for a family wedding. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and I had an excellent night’s sleep after a very full day of celebration. I booked a full English breakfast which was delicious. Even though check in was not until 3pm - the room was ready so it was good to relax before the festivities! 12 o’clock check out was much appreciated as I was able to catch up with the rest of the family after breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a pleasant stay
