Very friendly personal at the reception and Lobby especially Mr Abdul och his colleague Mr Meet.
Pros:

Location. Hotel very close to Paddington station, very convenient since we flew in to Heathrow and took the Paddington-Heathrow Express.

Cons:

We were expecting to find a fridge in the Hotel room. Unfortunately there wasn´t any. Would have been really nice if there was a fridge ´cos this summer was hot.

Pros:

Everything was excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is very close to the train station, which made getting around really easy. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel. Next door to Paddington station. Couldn't be handier. Good room and free refreshments in the room which was a nice surprise. Clean room, good air conditioning and friendly staff. I would stay here again. I stayed as a solo female traveller and felt safe

great location, roomy and clean.
Pros:

this hotel exceeded my expectations. the location is absolutely brilliant, a 5 minute walk (if that) from paddington platforms to the hotel. staff were friendly and helpful, room and bathroom were clean and the small double size felt roomy enough for two people. beds were comfy, slept well and found that rooms were well soundproofed from the hustle and bustle outside. would absolutely stay here again when visiting London.
