とにかくパディントン駅から近いということにつきます。
レセプションの方やドアマンの方はおおむねフレンドリーでした。
確認せずに朝食をつけましたが、場所はホテルから徒歩二分のレストランでした。雨ではなかったのでよかったですが、、雨だったら泣くところでした。また、到着時から翌朝出かけるまではエレベーターが故障しており４Fまで階段を上り下りする羽目になりました。2日目の朝に部屋の変更をリクエストして１Fに変えてもらいました（帰ってきたときには直っていました。）１Fの部屋では地下鉄の音？が聞こえました。また、どの階でも廊下の音や、隣の部屋のドアを閉める音なども聞こえます。。
The room was tiny, we stayed in two double rooms as a family of four but barely could move in the rooms. The location is great as it is close to the train station and underground. The staff were friendly and helpful and tried to accommodate us and help with the problems we faced.
As we arrived upon check in we were told that the lift is not working but will be fixed in the next few hours, or by the time we go out and come back. Our rooms were on the fourth floor but one person there was going to carry all our luggage upstairs. We had five suitcases and 4 carry on bags. So we suggested to leave them at reception till the lift is fixed but they insisted to take them up. So my husband and son started helping the staff as we felt bad. We came back to the hotel and the lift was not fixed and actually needed a part, so it felt like we were lied to as i wouldn't have checked in if i had known that. We stayed two nights and it was so inconvenient to use the stairs every time. They gave us breakfast vouchers but i was so unhappy with them i did not even want to use that and we ate outside. Their breakfast is in an italian restaurant nearby so also not so convenient.
