Great, comfortable stay in Central London
Pros:

I assumed this hotel was a simple transit hotel due to its price and location but it pleasantly exceeded all of my expectations. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and they worked to give me a quiet room when I requested one at check in. The room I was given was on the top floor, it was clean and spacious. Much bigger than other hotel rooms I have stayed at in London. The location, next to a large transit hub, was great for getting around to other places in London. I will be keeping this hotel in mind for my future trips to London.

Cons:

Because of its location there was an occasional loud grumble from trains coming and going. It did not keep me from falling asleep at the end of the day though.

Hotel sencillito, pero bien ubicado.
Pros:

El desayuno fue lo que más nos gustó. Tenían una carta de platos calientes y bebidas, donde podías escoger. Además también tenían buffet.
Por otro lado, la ubicación es excelente (al lado de la estación de Paddington), sin embargo al estar tan cerca se oyen los trenes.

Cons:

El hotel era sencillo y la habitación era pequeña.

Bem localizada, do lado da estação.
Os quartos são pequenos, mas limpos. Chuveiro bom. Funcionários fetos e solícitos.

Good location!
Pros:

Very close to Paddington Station, Hyde Park and many well known sites. Breakfast was at a local cafe which was good.

Cons:

Initially the room I was given was very small and noisy from the trains. I raised my concerns and thankfully was moved to a more suitable room.

Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The room was very small and not enough place for 2 people to stay comfortably. We suppose to get an upgrade room which wasn't the case.

Compact but friendly, comfortable and convenient hotel - will book again!
Pros:

Ideal location, facilities were excellent and staff were wonderful - particularly Ahmed and Idris and extra special thanks to Abeline who helped us and made us feel at home.
