Disappointed , have used the hotel a lot for work probably won’t be returning

Cons:

Only having 1 curtain panel which couldn’t be moved and didn’t block out the light , reported to reception on first night and nothing done about , really disappointed as use this hotel a lot , will be rethinking my next stay

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung, wenn man lärmresistent ist

nah am Bahnhof, gutes Frühstück aber außerhalb der Unterkunft, hilfsbereites Personal, Minibar

Cons:

sehr starke Vibrationen durch die UBahn;
Safe war nicht nutzbar und auch nach mehrmaliger Beschwerde wurde nichts unternommen um ihn zu reparieren;
nichts zu sauber, aber ging;
im Moment finden Bauarbeiten an der Fassade statt, sodass das Gebäude bis auf den 5. Stock komplett mit Gerüst und Netz umstellt ist

Posizione perfetta ma colazione servita NON in struttura
Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta per visitare Londra: si trova proprio sopra la fermata della metro, che permette di raggiungere facilmente e in poco tempo tutte le principali attrazioni. L’hotel è pulito e situato in una zona ben servita, con supermercati e diversi ristorantini nelle vicinanze.

Cons:

Non è stato segnalato né nell’annuncio né nelle varie mail che la colazione venisse servita fuori dall’hotel, presso il bar “Bella Italia”, a circa 150 metri di distanza. La colazione comunque era buona, ma è un’informazione che dovrebbe essere comunicata in anticipo.
Inoltre, essendo l’hotel proprio sopra la metro, anche dal terzo piano si sentiva il passaggio dei treni e si percepivano le vibrazioni. Per noi non è stato un grosso problema, ma per chi ha il sonno leggero potrebbe esserlo.
