Very pleasant.
Pros:

The hotel design is charming. Great location. Can walk to quieter Chahue Beach or "American" area of Huatulco easily. Many buses, taxis, etc. too. Relaxing to suntan by the pool. Nice restaurant with helpful staff.

Cons:

In the kids' pool there is a cute giant mushroom as a water park. It would be good to have the water flowing from it two hours on-one hour off, unless kids are playing under it, as it's quiet noisy.

Pros:

Es un hotel muy bonito y limpio, se descansa muy bien en la habitaciones no se escucha el ruido del exterior a pesar que la habitación estaba muy cerca de la piscina y el restaurante.

Cons:

Que no salía nada de agua caliente, que en realidad con el calor no se siente tan fría, pero si me hubiera gustado que me hubiera tocado agua caliente

Wonderful location, facility and good value for money.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was close to shopping and beaches, but in a quiet location. Room and bedding was clean, and the pool was a welcome amenity. Food in the restaurant was very good.

Cons:

We had a junior suite, with a mini fridge and coffee maker but the room was equipped with only 2 coffee cups. We would have appreciated having several glasses and perhaps some cutlery but this was a minor issue.

Desde que entras, el personal es muy amable, la alberca super limpia, las habitaciones muy cómodas, definitivamente regresaremos ahí.

Cons:

El wifi pierde señal en las habitaciones y solo una chica se portó medio sangrona pero supongo que tenía un mal día.

Nice staff, clean facilities.
Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable. The pool was cute. The balconies were great to have with the sound of the fountain.

Cons:

Honestly, I wasn't impressed with the food choices at the restaurant. And they weren't even open until 8am to get coffee. Staff was there. They should make coffee available earlier.
