Great three stars accomodation
Pros:

+ customer service was incredible
+ The room was small but cozy and the bed was great

Good Hotel, Excellent Staff and Location – Just Check Your Room First
Pros:

I had two separate bookings at this hotel: one for two nights and a second for one night a few days later.

My first arrival, at around 3 AM, was very rocky. The front desk agent initially told me that my reservation was canceled because, due to my late arrival, the system no longer held the room. It took about 30 minutes to sort out the issue and finally get checked in.

The first room I was given was not particularly pleasant and was quite noisy, despite the hotel claiming their rooms are soundproofed. It was also missing essential amenities like a kettle for coffee/tea, and the coffee/tea supplies themselves. I requested a room change the next morning, but since I only had one full day in the area, and the process was expected to take some time, I decided not to waste my limited time dealing with a room change.

Breakfast was decent but not spectacular. They offer a choice between a classic Lebanese and a Continental breakfast. While I didn't try the Lebanese option, I highly recommend it, as it seems like the best choice. Dinner at the hotel, however, was excellent. They offer a delicious Lebanese menu.

I must point out that the front desk staff and the hotel manager were all very kind and friendly throughout my stay.

My second, one-night stay was a completely different experience. They had prepared a very good room for me, complete with all the necessary amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The dinner I had at the hotel that night was also excellent.

Overall, the hotel has wonderful food and genuinely kind staff, but be prepared for potential initial room issues. If you do encounter a problem, be sure to speak to the manager, as they resolved my issues beautifully for the second stay.
