Pros:

The hotel was close to the tube. This made it easy to get to places of interest. Also, the breakfast was wonderful!

Met my expectations.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood; transportation is easy since it’s close to the Central Line subway and buses run frequently. Breakfast is clean and offers a wide variety of options. The elevators are fast and efficient, and there are plenty of staff members on hand.

Cons:

there can be lines at the coffee machines (the number of machines could be increased). Since the airports are quite far away and taking a taxi to the airport is very expensive, alternatives could be developed (such as partner taxis, coaches, or directing customers to relevant train lines). A taxi ride to Gatwick costs almost 200 pounds and takes about 1.5 hours.

House keeping was very poor . Only mugs in the room
Requested glasses but said i had to get them from the bar . Was told it was Hilton policy not have glasses in room !!!! . Huge queue checking in ,

Just about passable. Won’t stay again.
Pros:

The location was fairly good. Short walk from Wood Lane and Shepherds Bush tube stations, taxis outside the hotel, along with a bus stop. The breakfast was great, such a variety to choose from. Bed sheets were very soft and comfortable.

Cons:

The majority of staff I encountered were rude. Check in took ages! Huge queues were forming. It got to about 20 minutes of me being in the queue to check in and I saw a manager walk by. I told her the wait time was unacceptable and she abruptly put down some envelopes and said ‘ok I’ll check you in’. The staff at breakfast were not welcoming at all. The lady who asked for our room numbers was abrupt. The hotel is looking very tired. Crusty, stained carpets in our room. Our room was an interconnecting room, which we didn’t ask for. I could hear the man snoring his head off from about 10.30pm. Really unpleasant, the door was very thin between the interconnecting rooms.
