Clean and comfy, reliable Hilton quality which is why we choose to stay.
Pros:

Good location, not far from the tube. Room clean and comfy. Lovely breakfast and staff friendly.

Cons:

My only criticism is that the ceilings felt quite low and the shower a little claustrophobic. Had my 6ft 3 husband been with me instead of my daughter, I’m not sure he would have fitted in the shower!!

Everything felt old and outdated. The furniture was damaged, the beds made a lot of creaking noise. The carpet and the room overall fell dirty.
