Your receptionists, Shah and Luna, were friendly and extremely helpful in checking us into the hotel and throughout our stay in. Shah takes the extra mile to help us go around London. As an Operations manager, you have a gem in Shah. I praise him for his love of people. Adeline from Singapore.

Excellent location and staff
Pros:

The hotel location is so convenient, easy access to trains, food places nearby, and comfortable. Shah was especially helpful with suggestions on things to see and do, how to get there for those with walking difficulty, always cheerful and jolly, helps to make our day bright and cheery!

Value for money and excellent service
Pros:

Wonderful hotel that is value for money. Rooms were clean and loved the decor. Service was excellent and front desk receptionist Shah was especially helpful, sharing with us the hotel facilities, helping us with directions for our daily trips, providing food recommendations, etc. Would recommend this hotel to friends.

Hotel Indigo London - Paddington: An excellent hotel to stay in while in London
Pros:

After a long flight and an expected train ride from Heathrow Airport I wanted a hotel to stay at that wasn't too expensive and an easy walk from the Paddington Train Station. The Hotel Indigo London-Paddington met those requirements and more. The hotel was an easy 5-minute walk from the Paddington Train Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they even let me check-in early. My room was small, but I still had plenty of room for my bags and could move around comfortably. The free tea and coffee makers and supplies were very good; along with the free soda and bottled water in the mini refrigerator. The staff answered my touristy questions and enabled me to have a great time visiting that part of London. I would stay at this hotel again when not only visiting this part of London, but also as a place to explore London from.

Great location, nice and friendly staff.
Pros:

Nice location, plenty of restaurants and cafes around to grab breakfast, great walking distance to many places.
The staff is very nice and attentive. The beds are comfortable and very good size of the room. The drinks and coffee in the room are complimentary. Overall good comfy room and service was great.

Cons:

Our room was in front of the elevator, so it was pretty noisy at night. Perhaps a sign could be added to let know guests to keep volume of talking down during night hours. Otherwise I would encourage to ask for a room not in front of the elevators.

Great location and staff!
Pros:

Location was close to plenty of restaurants and public transit. The Bella Italia restaurant staff associated with the hotel was superb.

Cons:

Room balcony was not really practical because it was part of a covered restaurant and very small. Plus, the restaurant was operational, which meant people were eating and talking right outside your door until 10:00pm.

Ok but overpriced. Lift very slow. Staff very good.
Pros:

Location near Paddington Station.

Cons:

Breakfast at Cafe was a little down market. Food ok but missed the mark. Eggs Benedict - Eggs overdone but cool having sat for a while. Muffin was supposed to be toasted but wasnt. Sauce was bland.

Pros:

Arrived late and the check in was fasting as they made bit of a mess. Asked re points re IHG and was
as if he had never heard of it. They gave me the incorrect number of breakfast vouchers.

Our bathroom floor was sticky and the breakfast was not great. Not a lot of options. A lot of money and poor quality for an IHG brand. Disappointed.

Would stay again!
Pros:

Staff were friendly and accommodating. They made a last minute booking easy, stored bags, messaged when the room was ready and made the stay seamless.
The room was small but clean and very comfortable. Lovely ensuite and great shower.
The complimentary drink were a lovely touch.
Fantastic location, very close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park yet very quiet.

Cons:

Slightly on the expensive side but this was expected due to lateness of booking and location.
The room was snug and only just enough space to open my suitcase. Would be tight with two people.

Pros:

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
Het bed lag enorm lekker, erg goed matras.
Hele fijne locatie, dichtbij underground+treinen en dichtbij Hyde park

Cons:

Op 1 muur in de badkamer zaten wat vreemde vlekken.
Ook kregen we 1 handdoek met allemaal oranje vlekken erop dus hebben we die niet gebruikt.

Pros:

Sijainti aivan loistava Paddingtonin aseman vieressä, kuitenkin rauhallinen sivukatu. Hyvä aamupala, voit valita yhden monista lämpimistä vaihtoehdoista ja lisäksi kylmät buffee vaihtoehdot.

Cons:

Ei mitään moitittavaa, huone ehkä pienehkö 3 hengelle, mutta mahduttiin.
