Great place to stay in London
Pros:

Location was excellent. It about 1/2 block from Paddington Station. The staff was great. The room was a bit cramped but very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Location, room size cleanliness

Cons:

The upstairs room sounds was inside the room, toilet sound, shower sound, all sound was inside the room, becouse the false ceiling was not in the bathroom, it was on the entrance, so lot of noise

Pros:

Your receptionists, Shah and Luna, were friendly and extremely helpful in checking us into the hotel and throughout our stay in. Shah takes the extra mile to help us go around London. As an Operations manager, you have a gem in Shah. I praise him for his love of people. Adeline from Singapore.

Pros:

The hotel location is so convenient, easy access to trains, food places nearby, and comfortable. Shah was especially helpful with suggestions on things to see and do, how to get there for those with walking difficulty, always cheerful and jolly, helps to make our day bright and cheery!
