Friendly, comfortable hotel in good location
Pros:

Very convenient for Paddington and tube. Staff v helpful and friendly on reception. Will definitely be staying again when next in London.

Great location, great staff. Depends on the room!
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Fabulous location.

Cons:

On the first day the shower was warm not hot. I spoke to the staff about it and they d=fixed it so I had a hot shower that afternoon. The next day it wasn't hot again. The water also did not come out of the bathroom faucet properly and I had no bathroom amenities. The kettle was dirty inside and I had to boil it several times to clean it out. I guess it might not have been used much. I went into the restaurant next door just after 11am and was quite rudely told that it was too late for breakfast. I asked if I could have a coffee and sat down. The woman then ignored me and after a while I went elsewhere. My room also felt a bit grubby. That being said, my colleague had a great room with no problems.

Aufenthalt hat mir gut gefallen.
Pros:

Die Lage, nahe an der Paddington Station und sonst Bushaltestellen (BigBus-Tours).
Ausstattung gut, Getränke des Zimmers inkludiert.
Personal bei Fragen sehr Hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Personal im Restaurant. manchmal ein bisschen übereifrig.

Wonderful!
Pros:

The location was fantastic with Paddington station being extremely accessible as it is round the corner from the hotel. The atmosphere was great in the area as it was often busy and has a number of stores and restaurants to visit which were directly outside. The rooms were brilliant had everything I needed. The value for money was great considering how close you are to all the major hotspots in London. The bathroom and room were extremely clean and maintained. The noise from the trains were the only issue I dealt with but it is to be expected for such a prime location. The service was perfect with staff attending to all my needs. The gym was perfect for my trip having everything I needed in my short stay.
