Good location, clean, modern, friendly staff
Room was slightly small but was fine for one person or even two for a short stay
Es wurde bei der Ausstattung an soviel gedacht, wie z.B. ein Nachtlicht auf der Toilette (schaltbar schon am Bett), Vorhänge, die das Zimmer wirklich dunkel machen oder eine Eurosteckdose und ganz viel mehr. Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Die Lage 500m von der Paddington Station, ist ideal für alle Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Speise- und Einkaufsangebot im Viertel war großartig.
Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zum Hof raus, wo bei einem angrenzenden Haus die ganze Zeit eine Lüftungsanlage lief. Dadurch war ein ständiger (aber gleichbleibender) Geräuschpegel zu hören.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a 2 minute walk from Paddington Station and the associated underground station. There are also many coffee shops and restaurants in the same area. The room was quite small, but this is London so is to be expected, however it was well organised to make the best use of the space. I only had a small carry on size case with me, but if you had a full size case it would be awkward to open on the floor. The shower and bathroom were very nice. Bed was very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were all really friendly and helpful which made all the difference and they have somewhere to store your luggage if you need it.

Great location, five mins from Paddington station and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. There was a snack fridge with cans of drink and few treats which were free for guests,
Hotel is ok, but staff were not particularly welcoming and there Didn’t appear to be suga for the tea and coffee.

They move us to a flat besides the hotel so didnt actually stay in the hotel due to apparent maintenance issues which they could’ve told me before.

Heating didn’t work
Whilst Hotel Indigo Paddington is ideally situated just a few minutes from station, tube and Elizabeth line, there are a few things that let it down. Firstly the positives - yes, location. Comfortable beds and a warm welcome when we checked in. However the rooms and bathrooms are very small. We weren't given our paid for breakfast voucher when we checked in. Disappointingly there is nowhere to sit and relax with a drink after a day's sightseeing . Yes we did manage to get a drink in the Bella Italia on return, but they closed at 10/1030 ( need an amend on the website! 24 hour bar, no way!)
Would we use again ......probably as the location is so good.
