Un hotel sencillo para gente con necesidades sencillas, y con un personal muy cálido.
Pros:

La ubicación era excelente, cerca de una estación muy bien conectada con el resto de la ciudad.
El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Nos dieron una muy buena impresión.

Cons:

Los colchones eran un tanto antiguos, demasiado blandos para mi gusto.

localização central , estação metro Paddington a 5min a pé. Conforto do quarto e limpeza

pequeno almoço fraquinho, quase nenhuma variedade. Pelo preço por noite esperava melhor. O aquecimento sempre ligado era desnecessário ,quarto muito quente

Very good value for money - will definitely return
Pros:

Location was really good for access to Central. Paddington station was just a 4 minute walk away - Hyde Park just 6 minute walk away. Plenty restaurants in the area. Quiet room - spotlessly clean. Very pleasant staff. Our suitcases were stored for us on the day we left, without extra charge, although they were placed in a passage and not a secure room.

Cons:

I requested a dairy free alternative to milk before I arrived - there was none. Breakfast for me was just toast with jam, black filter coffee and a little tinned fruit. Would have appreciated some alternative milk for cereal, coffee. That is the only reason they didn’t score even higher.

Cómoda y tranquila
Pros:

La ubicación excelente. Todos los días limpiaban la habitación, la cual tenía todo lo necesario. El personal encargado del desayuno muy amable. Me permitieron guardar mi maleta antes y después de registrarme.

Cons:

En realidad todo estuvo bien. Solo diría como sugerencia que varíen el desayuno
