Pros:

La ubicación excelente. Todos los días limpiaban la habitación, la cual tenía todo lo necesario. El personal encargado del desayuno muy amable. Me permitieron guardar mi maleta antes y después de registrarme.

En realidad todo estuvo bien. Solo diría como sugerencia que varíen el desayuno

Es war sehr gut, aber die Heizungen waren ein großes Argument nicht mehr in der Winterzeit das Hotel zu buchen.

Sehr nah an der Bahnstation Paddington und nah am Hyde Park.

Cons:

Die Heizungen waren auf Timer gestellt, sodass sie in der Nacht um 2 Uhr ausgeschaltet worden sind. Dies hat dazu geführt, das wir trotz zwei Fleecedecken (die in dem Zimmer schon waren) gefroren haben.

Nice, comfortable stay in a ideal location close to hyde park, tube and Paddington Station.

The location of the hotel was good. The staff were nice and welcoming. There is bag storage available, which was very helpful. The breakfast was nice, but there were limited options. The staff making and serving the breakfast were polite and welcoming. This hotel is in a suitable location and has all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. The room was small, but comfortable and clean.
