Service , room , location, price all excellent.
Outstanding communication as soon as I booked for the evening! Helpful, explained everything really well via phone call, text message and in person due to my late night arrival. The night porter was amazing with my autistic son, he doesn’t normally talk to people however he seemed to speak to him more than he does me! Fast wifi, extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Great fan for cooling the room due to hot weather. Beer fridge, microwave, tea/coffee in room. Very clean. Very quiet and felt comfortable being there on my own with my child.
Arrived at the end of a long days work with the family in tow. Pulled up to a house on a industrial estate and groaned. What had we let ourselves in for? Well, as the old saying goes, dont judge a book by its cover.
Phoned the number to get entry instructions, instead, Lee the manager personally saw to our check in and made sure everything was ok for us.
Once in, everything was as youd expect, modern, clean, functional. With the added bonus of a fridge and a microwave.
We were given a fan as it was a boiling hot day and Lee delivered a second one to help keep the room cool. We had a slight issie with the shower temperature being too hot and not cooling, again, a quick text and Lee was back to sort it out. If youre expecting room service and 24 hour reception facilities in a town centre location then this is not for you. If you want a good clean room and a friendly service when needed, then I'd highly recommended this place. The only thing I can see might be an issue but wasnt for us is limited parking. But a small price to kay for a nice room at a great price.
