Pros:

Schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbüfett ließ keinen Wunsch offen.

Cons:

Das eine Bestellung von Getränken nach 22 Uhr nicht mehr möglich ist.

Pros:

Dieses mal hatten wir die Suite. Ein riesen Zimmer. Haben für uns aber festgestellt, dass die normalen Zimmer für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend ist. Aber für einen langen Besuch und mit Kindern würde ich vermutlich wieder das große Zimmer nehmen

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück sehr lecker und die Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen.

Toller Service - sehr flexibel und freundlich. Super geräumiges Zimmer mit tollem Bett - wir haben wunderbar geschlafen! Leckeres Frühstück, sehr reichhaltig und individuell. Großzügige Parkmöglichkeiten….

Cons:

Die onlinebasierte Anmeldung für die Kurtaxe war sehr aufwendig. Erst anmelden und Registrieren, dann Kurtaxe buchen, dann Bezahlvorgang. Dabei mussten 3 x die kompletten persönlichen Daten eingegeben werden. Das ist für eine einzelne Übernachtung unangemessen! Gern zahlen wir die Kurtaxe wenn es so eine gute Infrastruktur gibt, aber so ein Prozedere für 2x 3,-€ ist total überzogen!
Das hat natürlich nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun, deshalb gibt auch keinerlei Punktabzüge, aber es ist der einzige Punkt, der wirklich gestört hat.
