Good location
Pros:

Location, tucked in a quiet street and a minute away from Lima station and Cordo Buenos Aires with plenty of shops and restaurants. Good room size and comfortable bed.

Cons:

The hotel is a little rundown and needs refreshing of furnitures, carpets, and walls.

Very disappointing stay – poor service and unacceptable cleanliness
Pros:

We booked two rooms directly for four guests at ibis Styles Milano Centro, expecting the standard of service associated with the Accor brand. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

Check-in involved a long wait, and the staff member who dealt with us was rude and dismissive, particularly when we asked about our Silver member complimentary drinks. Despite having two rooms for four guests, we received only two complimentary drinks.

The rooms were also far below an acceptable standard of cleanliness. We found dust, hairs in the rooms and bathroom, a dirty bathroom and toilet, stained bedding/linen, uncleared rubbish, an unpleasant smell and visible mould.

These are basic standards that should not be an issue at any hotel, particularly one operating under the Accor brand.

We booked directly with the hotel and expected professional service, clean rooms and proper recognition of our membership benefits. Unfortunately, none of these expectations were met.

Overall: a very disappointing experience, and one that has seriously affected our confidence in the hotel and the Accor brand.

.Alguns funcionários, principalmente do café, e uma menina da recepção à noite e fala Português. Muitos atenciosos , simpáticos, prestativos e tolerantes. Por eles nota 10.
.As motos. Sou apaixonado.

Cons:

.Funcionário que trabalha de manhã com barba não sei o nome. Grosso sem paciência e estupido.
.O carpete dos corredores me parecia meio sujo e me deixou com renite, acho. Sugestão coloque piso.

位置不错，离地铁站方便，周边配套丰富，服务中规中矩，房间空调很足

Cons:

房间很小，在地面层，比较潮湿，没有晾晒衣物的地方，遮光帘漏光。lof结构，如果有老人不方便。房间的垃圾桶特别小，没有自己的停车场，自驾也不太方便。

Poor quality in all aspects
Pros:

Do not book this, moldy, dark, horrible lighting, poor air quality, poor aircon, reception were absent and the area is a little bit unpleasant. A lot of graffiti. Bathroom floors were dangerous, very slippery.. I wouldn't recommend this.

Great value for money
Pros:

Excellent service at check-in and our pre-booking requests were all facilitated which made life very easy for us.
It was a quick overnight stay between long distance trains and provided everything we needed. Really comfy beds as well.
They also have an ironing room on the top floor which was great.
