A localização era perfeita. Única coisa que faria eu me hospedar novamente.

Cons:

Os funcionários não eram nada cordiais. Nós não falamos inglês e italiano. Nos outros locais que ficamos, todos nos tratavam com gentileza e até usavam tradutor. Mas no Íbis os funcionários foram extremamente mal educados. As luzes do quarto não funcionavam bem, e o ar condicionado estava estragado.

Ein tolles Hotel für alle die es funktional und unkompliziert mögen. Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet . Top Lage, Metro Stationen in der Nähe sowie Restaurants und Geschäfte.

Cons:

Der einzige Kritikpunkt betrifft den Check-in. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wirkte leider arrogant und wenig serviceorientiert. Das hat den ersten Eindruck etwas getrübt. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Nachtportier ist sehr hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen angenehm im Umgang.
