Love the location! Service and staff were great. My kids loved the pool and BREAKFAST
Room wasn’t the cleanest/smell
There wasn't much to like. This property didn't even have Wi-Fi nor did they warn us about Wi-Fi until check in and that was only because there was a note posted on the counter
This place was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. The entire place is desperately in need of repairs, and a thorough deep cleaning. The carpet in hallways was badly stained, and worn. Our room's ceiling was coming down in a couple places. The chairs looked like they'd been chewed on. The shades on lamp were cracked and dented. It was so bad, that I checked bed for bedbugs (didn't find any). On top of the dilapidated condition, they charge your card an extra $100 deposit until they check the room after you check out. We have NEVER had that happen, except when we travel with a pet (which we weren't). Unbelievable that this place is part of major hotel chain.
Radiator was extremely loud room (1202) needs to be looked at. Was very hard to relax or sleep with it on. They took my garbage bag during the day when I wasnt there.
breakfast, cleanliness, location, availability.
staffs could be more friendly
I couldn’t set up a shuttle to airport, unless I did it at checking in, the tub is horrible, the heater in room is extremely loud, the bedding made my face break out horribly.
The beds were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The waffles were good.
We have a disabled child and parked in the handicapped parking section. That entire area, along with the entire parking lot, was snow and ice covered. It was extremely slippery. Keep in mind, it did not snow the entire length of our stay. There was no snow removal or sanding to make the parking lot safer for paying guests. The lock to our room was broken. It was barely secured to the door frame. There was plastic knife in the drain of the shower holding it up which was a bummer because we were there for my child's surgery the next day and he desperately wanted to take a bath that first night. I checked out a day early because at 9:00 pm on Friday night, cars were circling the parking lot while continously honking their horns for a good 1/2 hour. As if that wasn't bad enough, there was a party a few doors down from me and an argument/fight broke out. That was the last straw. It is unsafe all around. For a family coming from hours away for an already stressful reason, this was very disappointing.
