Cheap and we got what we paid for
Pros:

Our room was clean, breakfast was okay.

Cons:

We were given the key to our room and when we went in someone else was already staying there. The room I reserved was not available and there were no more of the same room available and the attendant didn't seem to care. The attendant said there wasn't supposed to be anyone in that room and I don't think they apologized or anything.
There was no urgency to look into it or fix it. We were able to still get a room for the night but it wasn't the room we wanted. The room was fine, everything was fine, but not great. I asked about a refund for the difference and they were dismissive and said it was only $10 and if I really needed it I could contact booking.com. They said that it was only 1 night so they weren't really concerned about it.
There were piles of laundry in the hallway and bags of trash that were never cleaned up, the hot tub didn't work, there was a light on in place in the pool.
It was okay, was cheap and we got what we paid for.

Pros:

The only thing that I did enjoy was the pool.

Cons:

The bedroom looked okay it was really dirty everywhere. Short after I went to bed I saw a lot of cockroaches running everywhere and the chairs were dirty also. The Ac was covered in mold with food stuck in it they don’t clean really well. I’m never gonna go back to that hotel i ended up a bit traumatized I was not able to sleep neither.

Pros:

I really didn't like anything about the stay.

Cons:

When we first got there they gave us a room that wasn't even cleaned yet. The next room was okay but had holes in the walls the cabinet where the fridge and microwave are didn't close. The beds are very uncomfortable. Place in general just isn't very clean. Wouldn't recommend staying.

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was damp, there was black mold in the bathroom, the outlets didnt work, one of our tvs didnt work, and the internet didnt work. there were many things throughout the place that were in disrepair and there was a broken pool light with free roaming wires in the pool. When the concern was brought to the staff they said it was perfectly safe since its not connected to anything.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff was phenomenal. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Grounds are beautiful. Common areas are very clean, comfortable and accommodating.

Cons:

As soon as we got off the elevator we were overwhelmed with a heavy urine smell. The ice build up in our freezer was as big as the iceberg the Titanic hit, our toilet didnt flush completely and everytime we turned on our bathroom sink, backup would wash up into our neighbors sink (which was our other room-we had 2) and vice versa. We finally asked them to move us and they did. Our 2 new rooms were much better.

Accurate room and property pictures, easy check in, huge free breakfast. the 1br suite is actually 2 adjoining rooms so you get two(!) full bathrooms
