Worst hotel experience ever.
Pros:

Nothing. I will say the beds are decent, but I can’t give any positive feedback about this hotel.

Cons:

This hotel is minimum effort. The breakfast is so uninspiring. The fitness room has nothing to offer. The staff and service is not willing to do anything. I order a shuttle bus to the airport. The arrived 2 hours to early, and said that I have to order and uber myself. The room cards, keeps not working. You can’t open the window to get some fresh air. I can not give any positive feedback.

Pros:

The room was clean and the staff was wonderful.

Cons:

The thing I look for when booking is the Continental breakfast. The one in this hotel was horrible. No fruit, no protein such as bacon, sausage. No homefries. We had to go out for breakfast every morning totaling $120.00 for the entire stay.
Also the construction was terrible.

The hotel was a good value and much nicer than I expected.
Pros:

The room and hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. I used the shuttle which was convenient. There were more amenities than I expected.

Cons:

The rooms are very small. Although I booked a twin room I was told there are no twins at the hotel when I checked in.
We were able to separate the beds and there were a few inches in between.

Pros:

The room was not clean and they had roaches and bed bugs, and toilet kept over flooding, they didn't serve a decent breakfast, and the place had roaches and when we told the staff they ignored it, i switched room twice and the last room had mouse traps and big holes in the wall, the house keeper was very nice, that the only good thing I could say, the rest was very awful 😖

It was a bugs all over the rooms we had to change our hotel room and then my son he lost his earbud it was bras in the bed when he pulled it out and bug's

Pros:

Very presentable, clean orderly hotel. Spacious, comfortable, quiet and the added bonus feature a few dogs in residence!
Also the bathroom is not just shower only there's bathtub as well.

Nothing over the hill spectacular about the place however very inexpensive, attentive, kind, informative, polite staff. Clean surroundings, even a small pool if wanted.
Breakfast was perfectly good and nutritious and varied in food items. If you're looking for not The Dorchester- decent, clean budget friendly lodging with polite, attentive staff with a hearty breakfast served each morning look no further, you have arrived.

Cons:

Quite honestly I didn't find too much if anything at fault. And I'm quite a simpler and picky traveler that has stayed in the best of the best and all kinds. With this it is a what you see is what you get and what you pay is what you get. It was nice to not be shelling out hundreds of dollars for once for a room that i spent very little time in.
