The Hotel Location was so amazing and the atmosphere was very friendly. Camryn from the bar had the best recommendations for drinks (especially the banana frozen daiquiri) then also local food spots. Camryn was also super friendly and very talkative with all guess at the bar.
Great location. Great room. Great staff. Great stay. The location is so convenient. The room was excellent. The staff also. I love staying at well-cared for historic hotels, and this property delighted me.
The only problem we encountered was with the valet parking. The staff was perfect, but retrieving our car took significantly longer than expected.
Even with that, I can’t wait to return.
Great location! Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly. The coffee was delicious and so appreciated 1st thing in the morning. Coming back from sightseeing they always had water and cucumber water to help with hydration.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating our entire stay. Location was good. Food was good.
It was super close to all of the main activities in the French Quarter but somehow was still quiet.
My stay this year was horrible. Couldn't sleep for noise, the convention rooms were over taken by loud events from the room so you couldn't hear the speakers, my room had broken furniture, I will not stay here again.
Previous review from 6/3/26 to which the Director of Rooms, Kenneth Vogt, said he would be reaching out to me directly, shockingly never happened. These are the kind of things I mean about it not being a high end, quality experience. The Inn at the Market in Seattle reached out to me immediately, both phone and email when I asked about a parking charge.
Since I couldn't edit my previous review, I basically said that it wasn't the high end experience they would like you to think they provide. Many things seemed cheap or just not a quality experience and would be re-evaluating future stays.
Great hotel, great location, excellent service and the hardest pillows I've ever tried to sleep on. Go to the Bourbon but bring your own pillows.
Great and central location
Nothing
Location… location… location
Loud party Saturday night at the pool that went past 9pm
I really like this hotel and the location and the staff. It was very nice very clean and I really appreciating meeting summer and Camryn they were super sweet and took care of us and made you we had a great weekend.
The staff here is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. From the receptionist that took my call for reservations to Roy, the concierge. His knowledge of the town was so helpful, as it can be overwhelming to choose the best dinner and brunch spots for group.
Beds are super comfortable as well, and the hotel is clean and fresh, despite being that cold to bourbon street.
In a group of Eight family members, we loved the location of this hotel. It is very clean, the staff is very friendly and Roy Madden- the Concierge, was so helpful along with James, the bellman in getting our taxi arranged and getting us to our taxi for the airport because streets were closing due to the “Red Dress Run.” My only issue was that in Rm. 201 the blinds are broken and they do not block out the street lights that shine directly into this room at night or give full privacy. I did my best to hang a blanket but was pretty unsuccessful. I spoke with front desk to see if I could have a better way of blocking out the bright street lights and the gentleman said yes, he has heard this complaint before. He said he would speak with maintenance or someone about this but there were no changes made. No room change was offered so we had to continue to deal with this issue our whole stay! So if you go to this hotel, make sure you don’t suffer from a good nights sleep and privacy, do not stay in Rm 201 !!!!!
Pillows are horrible too! Way too thick and full - my other family members agreed and shared the same issue.
It was great BUT the room was full of ants
The ANTS
Had an great stay at the bourbon orleans hotel! Thankyou camryn for being such an amazing bartender🖤
The hotel was amazing. Rooms were nice and kept clean and the service was great. The best part of the hotel though was Julius at the valet. Even though we didn't park a car, he provided great food recommendations throughout our stay even calling his mom for suggestions on the best place to get bread pudding. Julius is a gem of an employee! Everything was great.
