Nothing
Location was ideal.
Music from lounge was a little loud in our particular room.
It is a great location.
After a day out in New Orleans, I wanted to shower when I returned, it took 25 minutes for warm water to come out of the shower.
The history and look of the hotel
Nothing
GREEDY! GREEDY! GREEDY! Not at all worth the experience when the customer service is so awful
I liked the cleanliness and beauty of the hotel. Also like the ice water in the lobby.
We requested our room to be away from Bourbon St. and was not honored. Thus our room was noisy and hard to fall asleep. Only coffee was offered in the morning, no decaf nor tea.
This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location to explore the French Quarter. Elegant, classy atmosphere. Staff are courteous and eager to help. Great service throughout our stay. Room was comfortable and quiet. We had breakfast here on our last day and it was excellent.
Location was outstanding and the staff was more than helpful and friendly.
Rooms are small BUT, you’re not suppose to be hanging out in the room!
Location was great and the lobby, pool and guest room were beautiful although the room was a bit small. The problem was the noise. We stayed in room 360 which was next to the service elevator and a conference room. A conference was taking place and the attendees were taking video calls in the hallways in front of rooms at full volume. Additionally, around 5:45am on our last morning, we could hear staff sorting silverware and talking and the noise just didn’t stop. I wouldn’t stay here again even given the great location. There’s too many other hotels in this area.
An outstanding place to stay. Terrific location, great service and staff, and a tremendous value! We will stay here again in the future.
Lovely hotel, right in the heart of everything in the French Quarter. Haven’t haven’t seen any ghosts yet, but we hear they’re here. Well, I might’ve seen something this morning…
The staff were all wonderful. The room was impeccably clean. We loved having a balcony. The location was perfect for my husband and I during Mardi Gras.
The water pressure in the shower was kind of low one day, but the hotel was busy and we were on the 5th floor. However, when we mentioned it to the front desk, we didn't seem to have a problem after that.
We were at your hotel with kids and there for a sporting event for our daughter. The window had a city placed light right outside the window so it was like sleeping on the SUN! We asked the staff to help and the front desk was super rude about it. The evening desk guy was like "what do you want me to do about it?" RUDE. I can't sleep my kids cant sleep and he is being a jerk? I understand this light is not normally there but no excuse to be rude to be paying $400 a night! And staying for 3 nights. A very nice handy man tried to help by putting a blanket over the window but the blanked had holes in it, like an Afghan, and so it didn't help at all! We needed like a black sheet. So we got no sleep for 3 nights.
Then the hot water for the shower wasn't working in the mornings. Again the staff was like "nothing we can do. too many people are showering at the same time as you" Again, i find that excuse LAME. Every hotel in the world has people shower at the same time. And again $400 a night for NO SHOWER. Two of the 3 days i could not shower in the morning. The 3rd day i tried to sleep in but then was woken up to a FIRE ALARM so we had to trek it down to the lobby for a 1/2 hour. And ONCE AGAIN the staff didn't know what was going on.
But at least i got a hot shower that day.
Then we called our car up from valet, we were told it would take 15 mins....45 mins later we finally had our car. And we were GLAD to leave.
The only good thing is location and you concierge was a huge help with dining suggestions.
