David our bellman was wonderful! Very helpful! He did a great wonderful job! As well as the valet service was wonderful and helpful!
Perfect location. The staff was so nice and accommodating when we had to request extensions because of cancelled flights during a large snowstorm. Our rooms were located facing the pool which helped with noise. The closer you are to the lobby, the louder it can be. Beautiful lobby, comfy beds.
I cannot rave enough about how wonderful the staff is! We experienced delays on our way there, so I called the hotel to let them know we would arrive late but weren’t sure exactly when. Jay was incredible—he checked me in over the phone so our room would be secured.
When we arrived, Jay and Reginald were at the front desk talking with other guests, giving recommendations. They were so inviting and friendly that we naturally joined in on the conversation. Throughout our stay, whenever we saw Jay and Reginald, they checked in with us, asked how things were going, and wanted to know if we had tried any of their recommendations—which we did, and they were spot on! Jay even had us try his fried okra since we’d never had it before, and we ended up buying some that night.
I truly cannot say enough about those two gentlemen.
All of my interactions with the staff at Bourbon Orleans were exceptional. Alex at the bar, Navoje at the front desk (honestly, all of the front desk staff), and the bellmen provided over-the-top customer service. Housekeeping was very friendly as well. I will DEFINITELY be returning to the Bourbon Orleans Hotel because of the staff alone.
That said, our room was also spectacular—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The lobby was beautiful and clean. All common areas were clean. We felt safe both inside and outside of the hotel.
This was a great central location, close to bourbon st but towards the end so it wasn’t loud and obnoxious. The price was great. I cannot wait to go back just for this hotel.
We had a balcony room overlooking the street. It was surprisingly not noisy, and we actually enjoyed listening to the music. Our room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the bottled water provided by the hotel.
We didn't get breakfast at the hotel, but the menu looked good. Restaurant wasn't open for dinner during our stay. The bar is very nice with live music.
The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
Lovely, convenient and dog-friendly! David the bellman especially helpful, made everything we did (we drove down) easy and trouble-free. Couldn't have asked for more!
The Bourbon Orleans Hotel was a beautiful hotel in a great location. The hotel was just around the corner from Bourbon Street and just a few blocks away from Jackson Square. The lobby was stunning and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!
Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, great music and entertainment, historical locations. No need to drive to visit many tourist favorites. Rooms are very clean and well appointed. An interior room facing the courtyard on an upper floor is recommended for escaping Bourbon Street antics.
The hotel is gorgeous and centrally located. The staff is friendly and efficient. We arrived very early and they secured our bags until check in. Rooms are clean, have coffee makers and toiletries. Wish they had a spare chair to sit and drink coffee. Bourbon O’Bar
was perfect to end day with live music.
Our room was noisy during the early morning hours. Broken slats on the window covering allowed light all night because of the light that was above our room window!
We attended a Trop Rock festival called Pardi Gras, in mid-January, and we have always stayed in hotels a few blocks away due to the anticipated noise and crowds. I am so glad that we stayed at the Bourbon Orleans hotel for many reasons, which include its friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the property itself, and the close proximity to the establishments where the Pardi Gras activities were held (like across the street, down the street a few blocks, etc.), and easy access to the restaurants, bars, and music. I highly recommend the Bourbon Orleans hotel.
Great bed, location, staff service
Good Breakfast but expensive. location was great...inside French Quarter
I asked a quiet room upon reservation but it was not provided. I have asked to change but there was no availability
We recently stayed here for a wedding in the area and Bourbon Orleans exceeded our expectations. Every employee was very accommodating and friendly. It’s a great location and you can walk or Uber everywhere. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. If you have a large group the lobby is a perfect place to hang out or you can go next door to the Bourbon O Bar. The Roux is the restaurant on site and is delicious. Look no further!
The breakfast was good, the needed the coffee to have a robust flavor.
Should provide snacks when people arrived
Beautiful hotel quiet, friendly staff, within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend.
