Every staff member including David was so kind! The hotel was stunning with a wonderful pool and some fun ghost stories. Definitely check it out
Very friendly and clean environment, perfect for my stay in New Orleans. All staff was very helpful and great. Officer Huey especially, I overindulged and he made sure I made it to my room safely.
A shout out to David our Bellman. We chatted with him in and out the door on our four day stay. Always a pleasant conversation. When we checked out at 11 we had him hold our suitcase because our flight back to San Antonio delayed. We told him we were going to walk around for a while. He said no worries he would have a cab in 5 min.when we were ready to leave and he did. Carried our bags to the cab for us. Great guy that well represents the Boubon-Orleans.

It was beautiful, historical, and very peaceful

The building is beautiful and especially the pool area. Unfortunately we could not enjoy our stay because our AC wouldn’t work in our room. It was 83 degrees all night. We asked that they switch our rooms, but they claimed the AC was out in every room, although everyone we talked to had AC. Very disappointed in the way this was handled. They offered to comp us only one night and we were booked for 3. We decided to cut our trip short.
The hotel was beautiful! I love all the story’s that come with the hotel it give a spooky vibe ! Valet was excellent you do have to wait a little bit for your car but the parking is kind of far for the valet guys but Gary did Good job explaining that part also very helpful with good food options! Front seat was on point ! Assist me with everything I need it !

Very much enjoyed our stay here! Friendly staff, clean, centrally located to everything! Our valet, Ashton, was very friendly and helpful. Helped us load our bags into the truck, offered to clear trash from our car, always smiling! We would definitely stay again!

Great location and value but they miss the details in service and amenities that would make it a great place to stay. They rent out the pool so don’t count on it being available.
The Bourbon Orleans is a beautifully, well maintained hotel. We were so kindly treated by staff, in particular, Blake, one of the valets who helped us get our luggage to our room. I love that the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of some of our favorites in New Orleans, Fritzel's European Jazz Club, Cafe Du Monde, and Pat O'Brien's.
