Fab location and accommodation
Pros:

Location was ideal for exploring French Quarter and Riverfront. Hotel spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Molly was amazing at reception

Cons:

No or little wifi in room 411. Was reported and allegedly fixed, but wasn't. 'Porter' not proactive... watched two 60+ females struggle to get past him with four cases and he didn't even hold door open for us. Easily remedied S - you know who you are.

Beautiful and a great experience
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. The room we stayed in was a suite, and it had a great combination of New Orleans architecture and modern amenities.

Being located 2 blocks from Burbon Street, we were close enough to walk to everything in the French Quarter, but far enough away to not be disturbed at night.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

We will definitely stay here again!

Loved the location and staff, but longed for quiet
Pros:

The location is excellent, in the middle of the French Quarter and close to many popular sites and restaurants. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The location is on a very noisy street: the crowds spilling out of the bars at night and the garbage trucks very early in the morning. Ask for a room off the street.
