Great location, pretty property, warm staff
Pros:

Great location - close to everything in the French Quarter but in a quieter part.
Traditional architecture with rooms off a courtyard.
The staff were universally warm and helpful. It’s family run with multiple generations involved and that pride shows through.

Cons:

Would have liked some kind of a snack in the evening. There was a great bkfst/brunch restaurant connected to the property but at night the only available food was vending machines.
The courtyard could get a little noisy but there was a strict no noise after 11 which seems reasonable.

Would definitely book again.
Pros:

Centrally located. Clean. Very nice personel. Comfy bed.

Cons:

Parking is expensive. Minor things that the hotel could improve: Train the cleaning personel to respect the do not disturb label at the door. They always knocked at the door in the morning. We had to get up and tell them that we‘re still sleeping.

Cute hotel. Prob won’t stay again due to smell
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Room was available for early checkin

Cons:

Not close to main part of Bourbon but we booked last minute and based off price. Room also smelled strong of mildew and towel hook kept falling off the wall.

Pros:

Centra location, able to walk to bourbon street park etc

Cons:

Old building, could be cleaner like the lifts etc.. over priced for what you pay for..
shower pressure not very good & shower over a bath
We were on the third floor overlooking street got woken up by people screaming & fighting on the street early hours of the morning

Excellent place and staff.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. From the front desk to cleaning staff to the bellhop…..can’t say enough about how welcoming and willing to help in anyway. The level of noise which is way beyond the staff’s control was not a positive for this hotel. Loud cars and people into the wee hours of the morning and we selected this location specifically to avoid this. Again, staff was phenomenal so if you can put up with the noise level, it’s a wonderful place.

The staff, and I mean all the staff, like Russell and Mark, were exceptional! We received top notch white collar customer service from the front desk to the desk service. The staff could answer any questions we had and the rooms were exceptionally clean and beautiful with a gorgeous courtyard and view along with such great access to locations in the French Quarter! Thank you Hotel Provincial staff, we almost feel we left behind a part of our family!
