the hotel itself is fantastic but new orleans will be new orleans so as soon as you step out of the hotel property, you never know what you’re in for. also the people driving by blaring their music kept me up on the 8th floor so i couldn’t imagine stay anywhere lower than that. but that’s not the hotel’s fault

We had a great experience on a quick trip passing through New Orleans. The staff was amazing and friendly and great with my young children. The beds were comfortable and we had a good layout. The location was close enough to main areas but far enough away that it was relatively quiet as well

From the moment we pulled in, the service was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. We loved our suite and enjoyed some in suite snacks like gourmet popcorn for a family movie night. We had dinner in the French Quarter and it was a quick and easy walk that we enjoyed. This is a perfect place to stay when you visit NOLA!

We loved the Windsor court and we are glad to have selected this hotel. Great location, a short walk to the French quarter, it's our first time in New Orleans so we wanted to enjoy the French quarter area first. The room we had was clean, spacious with a sitting area separated from the bedroom. I loved the french-inspired decors of the furnitures, the choice of wall color - just so pleasant and soothing, and the dedicated space such as 1. for glam (makeup area with a sink), 2. mini wet-bar with a sink and 3. a desk that you can land your laptop and do some work (if that is what you have in your plan). The front-desk and the bell-staff and everyone we met at the hotel were friendly and kind to us (and our dog). We loved that this hotel is pet-friendly, they brought to the room a very nice dog-bed, bowls for water and food (very nice ones that I wanted to buy :). Last but not least, the bathroom was spacious and the bath products were so nice with great fresh scent from Diptyque. We'd loved to stay here again if were in NOLA next time
