No coffee maker in room.
Exceptional location!
Great location and value for money. Most staff members were friendly. It was great to be able to leave our bags in the hotel after checkout to explore the city.
Staff member on reception was abrupt and rude
All the staff were exceptional! We spent the weekend in Central Park, only a short walk from the hotel. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before check in and after check out so we could go to the Park and not have to carry them. That was very nice. The shower was fantastic!
First of all - location. Excellent!
Staff - was ok, some people super nice, few - .... :)
The room was spacious, clean, and the interior was not boring.
Nice bonus: coffee in the morning and iced water all day.
Noise - we lived on the side of the street, so the construction going on nearby was very noisy.

The hotel overall was a 10 out of 10 . I was greeted from every staff member from the time I entered till the time I checked out. I visited for my daughter’s bday and as soon as they realized my daughter was celebrating they treated her like royalty. Upgraded our room and even gave her some treats. I even enjoyed the free wine from 5-6 . I will definitely be coming back .
