Perfect place to stay!
Pros:

The property was in the best location. Super close to everything. So many places to walk to. Spectacular all the way around. The staff was hands down wonderful. Very helpful, welcoming, thoughtful and kind. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant and memorable.

Cons:

Mucha cola en recepción en el check-in, necesitan mas personal en recepción. No estaba muy limpio: pelos en el baño, moqueta sucia en pasillo del hotel y en habitación. Lo peor es el diseño del baño, el lavabo está del lado de las camas y la bañera y water en otra habitación. si das la luz para ir al water por la noche se enciende la luz de fuera, del lavabo y molestas a los compañeros de piso. lavabo diminuto, toallero de mano ni existía porque había sido arrancado. El baño resultó muy incómodo para usar 4.

Pros:

Moderne und helle Zimmer, gute Betten. Bad ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ideale Lage für sämtliche Starts durch San Fran. Schnell zu Fuß am Touri Hotspot Pier 39, Fährschiffe, schnell in der Innenstadt und Cable Car Anschluss und Statbucks quasi 100m um die Ecke.

Cons:

Bisher noch keine Rückerstattung der Kaution und damit keine Endabrechnung. Immerhin sind nun 7 Tage rum. Woran das liegen mag? Ich muss dann bald nachfassen. Das nervt.

Pros:

The hotel was well maintained, clean, modern and well managed.Staff was friendly and nice

Cons:

The downtown location does not allow for free parking, so parking was $65/day so expensive

Pillows were tough so uncomfortable to the neck
