Quando siamo arrivati c'era un outage di elettricità in alcune zone del quartiere, quindi per un paio di ore tutto manuale però a parte questo tutto okay! Alla prossima!
Very nice decor and location
Property and rooms are great
Wished that they had coffee and tea in the rooms instead of having to go to the lobby
Mainly the staff and the location. All so good particularly the lady receptionist with long dark hair and spectacles.
The front desk was very attentive and helpful. Mildred was EXCELLENT! She has superb customer service. She helped me from booking to checkout. I stayed here the year prior and she was very helpful then as well.
Great location near Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39, very clean, complimentary tea and coffee each morning. Friendly and efficient staff.
Vallet was easy, staff was great.
King suite was pretty tight quarters
The hotel is very nice, and just a couple blocks from the fisherman‘s wharf. Emelda, at the Front Desk was extraordinarily accommodating, and friendly. Much thanks again, and I look forward to staying here again when I return to San Francisco.
They say this is a 4-star hotel… but I don’t really think so. This hotel is quite unremarkable, I almost don't even remember staying here. There was nothing wrong with the room or hotel per se, but there was nothing amazing about it either, it's just somewhere to sleep.
But, the hotel's location is superb. It's in Fisherman's Wharf and very close to the piers (maybe a 5 minute walk). And the area feels safe, there is no "fenty-leaning" in sight which we were quite worried about. And there's a plethora of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The hotel does offer umbrellas to its guests, which is nice, but they have very limited availability, and SF is quite rainy, so I suggest planning accordingly.
Unfortunately, we were there during the PG&E power outage, so we had no electricity and no hot water for about a day. The hotel tried their best, but honestly, there was nothing they could do to change the awful situation. One of the female staff members' did give us ONE (1) flashlight, which is barely enough... and said that every room can only have one... which I thought was ridiculous, cause how will someone see if their partner/friend/family member needed to use the restroom? And these flashlights were by no means "bright" so... Anyways, the next day, another front desk staff member gave us an extra one, Thank God.
What I found odd was the bathroom. It was spacious, but the space seemed to be underutilized. When you open the shower door, you can't grab your towel easily as it's on the wall BEHIND the massive shower door. Plus, the shower floor felt dented and flimsy, I thought I was honestly going to fall through the floors during my showers, quite scary... And there's this weird, open, square hole in the front portion of the shower glass panel/screen, I'm assuming it's a towel holder (?). But it's honestly such a bad design... as I'm showering, water is splashing all over the toilet seat, and I'm just like... who even thought of this and why???
Anyways, this was an unremarkable stay and would not say this is a 4-star hotel. I'm not too sure why the reviews are so amazing. Everything was just "okay."

Close to the main activity but still in a quiet, safe area.
Nothing major but I like a cold air conditioned room and it was a little warm for me.
When I was looking for a hotel, Roy Caspillan came to the rescue. He was very helpful and very attentive to details. He made sure that my stay was very memorable one, and it was! He all prepared it for me and I was very happy for it. He went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Thank you Roy!
Also, the check in process was super smooth and was able to check in early. The lady( I forgot her name) at the front desk was also very nice and super welcoming. The room was super nice, clean and spacious. Even though I only spent for 1 night, but it was all worth it.
Over all, my stay at Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf was superb. Thanks to all the staff! I would stay there again for sure.
