Really helpful & friendly people, Property a little aged but more than sufficient for what I needed.
Pros:

Was a bit clunky to get around, but really it was sufficient. They were quick to return the deposit which was good!

Cons:

The hallway & lift were small ish but worked. Property is a bit aged & my room had some strange noises with some steam from a disconnected pipe, but it was sufficient for what I needed. Compared to other properties, I thought it was expensive but only needed one night.

I had an amazing stay and overall great experience. Will recommend/ comeback again.
Pros:

Friendly staff, location was great, restaurant below was nice way get a quick bite and head up stairs (no need to leave hotel) , value, comfortable and quiet, couldn’t hear my neighbors or anyone above or below. Got a great night sleep. Able to leave my luggage after checkout, no extra charge, while explore NYC before leaving. Hearing/ cooling system was great. Lots of mirrors to get ready. Will be back!

Cons:

Water pressure was low/ bathtub drainage was slow. Little outdated but clean and cozy.

Wish they served breakfast at restaurant (just dinner hrs).

I felt safe on the premises

Cons:

With a little cosmetic upgrade Davinci could be a beautiful boutique hotel. Decor overall is very dated, rooms could benefit from carpeting, updated linens and furnishings
