A charming hotel in a fantastic location with wonderful staff… we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was incredibly attentive, warm, and friendly and made us feel very welcome. I especially loved the character of the hotel. It has that charming, authentic, old New York boutique-hotel feel rather than the generic feel of a big chain. It was comfortable, full of personality, and a really nice part of our New York experience.

Excelente opción, muy céntrico y buenas atenciones

La ubicación es excelente, las atenciones también. Súper recomendado, sin duda cuando vas lavamos a NY esta será nuestra primera opción

Cons:

La habitación es pequeña, pero con todo lo necesario. Pienso que deben quitar el mueble negro en la entrada del baño, solo ocupa espacio y hace que se sienta más pequeña la habitación.

Es complicado el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, hacia mucho ruido, se prendia con una tecla y si lo apagabas seguia funcionando.

Great location and adequate accommodations for the price.
Pros:

The staff is accommodating. Location is very good. I liked that there was a refrigerator. The tv worked and offered a variety of channels. There are beautiful wood appointments and marble in places. The bathroom was nice. Shower temps were good.

Cons:

The bed was sagging underneath, and there were uneven spots in the mattress. Two pillows were two thin, the thicker ones were a good height but not very soft. The a/c panel is demolished. The remote activates it, but it does not regulate the temperature to a moderate level. Only very cold. And loud. Run it all day and shut off to sleep. The desk chair had no springs.

The location was PERFECT, near to just about everything we wanted to visit.
Pros:

The bed was incredibly comfortable, almost as comfortable as our waterbed at home. The refrigerator was nice, a requirement for our stay.

Cons:

The shower was ... weird. Up was off, down was off, right was warm, left was cold. Not great flow, or heat, but sufficient.

Buena, pero podría haber sido mejor
Pros:

Cercanía a sitios turísticos, metro, y excelente atención del personal, descuento para huéspedes en el restaurante que está en el subterráneo

Cons:

Wifi no funcionó, cama de fierro que crujía con cada movimiento, colchón cómodo, pero ya bien hundido por el uso
