Location was great, room was small but comfortable. Brilliant shower pressure, great to have air con too. Clean and couldn’t ask for more. Phil the night time staff was such a lovely welcoming person each evening or morning to greet us
Fantastic location and very nice staff, including the maids. The hotel and rooms are very clean, the mattress is comfortable, the room is well equipped. In general a possitive experience.
It’s not intrinsically a bad thing but the hotel is a bit old and so are the rooms. The towels, although clean, are very old and the seems are falling apart

The staff were exceptional. They were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were a good size and had mini fridge and TV. Bathrooms were older but clean and functional. Air conditioning was great as it was very hot and humid. We also had dinner at the onsite restaurant and it was very good. The location was perfect!
The beds were not very comfortable as the mattresses were too hard, but they were clean and we made the best of it. Street construction started very early but a/c helped block some of the noise.There wasn't coffee in the room but they did have coffee downstairs and plenty of great café nearby.
Está muy cerca al central park , tiene estación de metro cerca y también está cerca al punto de las bicicletas eléctricas para rentar

El alojamiento es sencillo, pero muy limpio y todo muy correcto. Limpian las habitaciones todos los días, algo que no todo el mundo hace. Hay café gratis por las mañanas. Puedes dejar las maletas si dispones de tiempo para visitar la ciudad después del Check-out.
La ubicación es fabulosa, a cinco minutos de Central Park y a 10 de Times Square, zona muy segura.
El personal es super simpático, un 10 para todos.
El precio fue caro, pero era la final de la Copa Del Mundo de fútbol.

Locaton, how they kept the room clean
The location was the best but we had a problem with the staff they were trying to get $50 from us, we checked out at 12pm and we left the luggage in the reception so we can use the day to browse around the city and when we came back they moved our stuff to a room thst we didn’t have access, we asked for our luggage and the receptionist said that we broke a sink which they didn’t have proof and we finished the checkout and took our deposit back so there wasn’t a point to give them $50 for a broken sink thst we didnt brake but we fixed the problem with police so all good, overall everything went great location and other thing
