Me gustó mucho la atención del personal. Melissa fue muy amable y siempre mostró disposición a ayudar.

Cons:

El ruido del restaurante de al lado. Para quienes somos sensibles al ruido es molesto para dormir. Tuve que usar tapones.

Il bagno, sebbene fosse pulito, era un po’ vecchio. Il lavandino presentava crepe e anche la vasca aveva segni evidenti di usura.

Decent hotel and value for money given the location
Pros:

Location is ideal for tourists since it’s in midtown manhattan. Decent hotel especially if you only want a bed to sleep at night nothing fancy, you get what you pay for.

Cons:

Some creaking noise in the floors which was weird and the thermostat was also noisy.

Great location, great staff, and very affordable.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is awesome. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. There are plenty of options for eating nearby. The room was nice if a little sparse. The little table could use another chair. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge inside the dresser beneath the tv. Room was clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They let us check in our bags early and let us leave our bags there for a few hours after we checked out. This is our new go to place to stay in New York.

Cons:

It could use another chair to sit in. Other than that it was great.

Kind staff, great location, clean, very comfortable bed.

Cons:

It is an old, low budget hotel, but with small improvements it could have much better impressions, like a new shower faucet or clean windows.

Séjour très agréable, merci au réceptionniste Adrian qui était très gentil.
Pros:

Personnel très à l’écoute en cas de besoin. Proche de beaucoup de lieux importants et du métro. Chambre confortable et spacieuse.

Cons:

Lors d’un long séjour, la propreté laisse à désirer (le ménage n’est pas fait correctement entre chaque nuitée) mais parfait pour peu de nuits.
