Some of the staff were great but the rest of the stay was not.

Cons:

We didn’t have any heat the first night there so we were freezing. The elevators didn’t work half the time and the rooms and hallways are so small.

Perfect location, worked for a short stay- not monetarily sustainable for long stay.
Pros:

The location is why we stayed here. Literally across the street from Lyric Theater (Harry Potter & Cursed Child). About 2 blocks to subway- big hub, has all lines. We also walked a bit over a half mile to Empire State Building. Very nice location. Didn’t try the food. Didn’t get room service. They have shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the wall in the shower. Also had lotion attached near bathroom sink.

Cons:

The bed. The mattress. The bed frame sticks out a bit and I hit it about three times. The mattress was very droopy. AND you cannot extend your stay at the front desk; needs to be via phone or online.
