Clean. The breakfast was excellent.
They took my room with view because I booked third party.
The location was perfect for us. We were close to many theaters, subway stops and lots of restaurants. The rooms were spacious.
There was really nothing wrong with the property. It’s just the New York prices! It’s do wish the sink had been separate from the main bathroom, but that doesn’t really seem to be a thing these days.
The room was big I was able to check in early
They didn't have a microwave you have to pay 20a day to use it the room i thought i was getting i didn't they just charge for everything

Parking costs are a shocking surprise at the end of the stay. No at will service for vehicle. Staff was ok.
Food prices were high so ate meals elsewhere

The staff at front desk and luggage storage was not helpful at all. 5 staff members gave 5 different answers regarding us paying for bag storage when it should have been complimentary. None of the 5 employees helped us and directed us back and forth. Never resolved the issue. No customer service in my opinion.
Liked everything but the fact that we arrived earlier and they could not make our room ready a few hours before actual check in time. I know that a lot of hotels do it for you.

Very nice and neat downtown.
Lobby on 21st floor, one night stay corner room larger than expected, hotel is clean breakfast is pricey but Hilton Gold gets $36 credit to offset. No problems at all.

Excellent location in Times Square….theatres, restaurants, shopping, etc. all within walking distance…clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot showers, awesome staff!
