Pros:

Fantastic location, close to Times Square, shops and sightseeing locations but just far enough away to lose the crowds and noise. Hell's Kitchen has fantastic restaurants and nightlife too.
The hotel is clean, comfortable and welcoming, the facilities have been very good and the staff are helpful and polite.
A coffee bar downstairs really helps to get you going each day!

Cons:

Nothing. I would stay here again without question.

Fantastic location in Midtown
Pros:

The hotel has a great location right in the heart of Manhattan, within easy reach of Central Park, Times Square, MoMA, Broadway Theatres, the Rockefeller Center and other popular attractions. We loved how spacious the room was, especially for NYC, and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, as well as some glasses. Breakfast was a $15 per person credit at the downstairs cafe. The menu included pastries and some breakfast sandwiches. This wasn't communicated prior to our arrival. Not the end of the world, but we expected more of a buffet experience.

Ευρύχωρο καθαρό δωμάτιο ! Το μόνο αρνητικό για εμάς τουλάχιστον ήταν η περιοχή που ήταν πολυσύχναστη και είχε φασαρία και βαβούρα. Παρολαυτα το Central Park ήταν δίπλα και το απολαύσαμε πραγματικά πολύ!

Stylish, cosy and fabulously located, you can’t go wrong.
Pros:

It was a fantastic location with stylish comfortable rooms. The staff were lovely and helpful and other our six night stay was perfect!

Cons:

The only minor issue was hearing neighbours through the walls but this was only noticeable as there were some children next door so we heard them in the morning excited about their day. Not the worst thing to be hearing in New York!

Perfect NYC stay in Hell's Kitchen!
Pros:

We had such a great stay at Romer Hell's Kitchen. The bed was honestly one of the comfiest we’ve slept in, and the room itself felt really spacious which made a big difference after long days out in NYC.

The location is excellent - super close to the subway & tourist hot spots like Times Square & Central Park, so it was really easy to get around wherever we needed. There are also plenty of food & drink options nearby, which made everything so convenient.

We also loved the little details, like having a drink/ice machine on our floor, such a small thing but so handy. The staff were all incredibly friendly & accommodating throughout our stay.

They do also offer a comfortable & convenient airport car service, which worked out to be cheaper for us than an Uber.

Would highly recommend staying here & we’d definitely come back!

Cons:

Wish there were some complimentary coffee sachets or teabags in the room, but that was hardly an issue!
