Locatie foarte buna, camera spatioasa, salteaua si pernele destul de confortabile. La barul hotelului am servit una dintre cele mai bune cafele din zona.
Intr-o seara nu a fost apa calda dupa ora 20:00.
Fiind un hotel de 4*, as fi dorit un fier de calcat.
El hotel es muy bonito. La habitación es muy cómoda, con un blackout excelente para descansar. Esta muy bien ubicado al menos para nuestros planes en NY. El desayuno es en parte cubierto. Te dan un valor y lo que tu selecciones si pasa ese valor tienes que cubrirlo.
Las opciones de desayuno eran pocas, incluso el primer dia ya no había opciones y tuvimos que tomar lo que había (eso que no bajamos tarde). No es malo, cuando hubo opciones son pequeñas pero de excelente calidad.
Rooms were sizable
Management were not accommodating to my requests and refused to store my bag overnight between a non continuous booking. (I had one night outside nyc but returned to the same hotel). No food facilities.
Big room, close to the Central Park, stylish furniture. Great surprise - free vouchers for bicycles.
Smell was not nice. A bit noisy.

La habitación tenía muy buen tamaño y nada de ruido pese a estar tan céntrico. Se podía ir andando a todas partes y el metro se encuentra a una manzana. Hay fuentes de agua potable en cada planta para poder rellenar tu botella cómodamente.
El armario es muy pequeño y no tiene puerta solo una cortina. Apenas hay capacidad de almacenaje en la habitación para guardar la ropa. El cuarto de baño es pequeño y estaba bastante antiguo. Esperaba más por el precio de la habitación.
Fantastic location. Lovely large room with everything we needed
Loved the room. It’s quite spacious compared to other hotels in NYC. We had plenty of room to set up our baby’s pack and play and then some.
We didn’t love how close it was to Times Square, but that was really the only thing that wasn’t ideal.

No long mirror and there no big light. You had to tap all the small lights and put them on individually.
La ubicación es excelente. Llegas en unos minutos a pie a Times Square, Rockefeller Center, algunos teatros de Broadway, etc. La estación del metro a una cuadra. Incluso Central Park queda a unos 20 minutos caminando.
Muy limpio y amplio. El cafecito tiene muy buenas bebidas y pan.
El cuarto estaba DEMASIADO frío, pedimos que subieran la temperatura, enviaron a un técnico y nos dejó exactamente igual.
También pedimos hacer late check out y nos pasamos por literal DOS minutos de las 12pm y nos cobraron 65 dlls.
Fuera de eso, el lugar cumplió con lo que ofrece.
We loved our stay at Romer's - steps away from our play, enjoyed pre-theater snacks and drinks at the hotel's piano bar. The next day the hotel graciously kept our bags upon checkout until we needed to leave for the train.

Coffee was outstanding - Beds were comfortable, but for the rate, two feather / down pillows wouldn't go unappreciated. Filtered water and ice was supplied in the common hotel hallway (VERY much appreciated) Location to Central Park, Times Square, the Edge, the Vessel, the Highline, the subway, Madison Square Garden, and Masquerade was perfect. Friendly front desk staff.
Undisclosed exterior construction, hotel knew city was doing construction to the exterior of the building surface, it disturbed sleep, work and rest on multiple days. Hotel offered to move, but the time and disruption was too inconvenient. Hotel towels were small. Cafe ran out of breakfast sandwiches one day and they were NOT very good. Door staff were practically not working the entire time that was a weird vibe. Room key demagnetized easily (happened 2 x's)
Amazing location, great little
neighborhood with lots of restaurants and super close to Broadway theaters.
The walls were a bit then we could actually hear the man snoring through the wall in the next room and the furniture in the room is a bit sparse. There’s not even a chair to sit on. If you grab a bite to eat and bring it back, you need to eat it in the lobby. Otherwise you have to sit on the end of the bed to eat it. But the lobby is great.

There were a couple of problems with the hot water on a couple of days but this was soon sorted by the staff.
