Beautiful hotel just off Times Square, very good location.
I was surprised and grateful that we were upgraded from a king suite to a one bedroom suite. Also, the staff is very friendly. The hotel location is excellent as it is near many sites to visit.
I was not too happy with the breakfast offered. I expected more of a buffet set up with eggs, breakfast meats, sweet items, etc. I had to use my breakfast voucher for either a sandwich or yogurt.
Nice location, quiet, good staff who were very helpful, nice bar in the back. Our room had a lovely peekaboo view of the Chrysler Building.

Staff were very pleasant and professional. Breakfast included a hot item as well as pastries, juice & coffee. Luggage could be left with no additional fee. Highly recommend.
There were steps to the foyer and the doorperson was not always there so had to navigate the luggage myself both on arrival and departure. There were only 5 steps.
The staff were incredible, so kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet for being in such a busy area of the city. My favorite part about the room was the heated floor of the bathroom. Such an unexpected feature!
No major complaints! There was brief construction that closed the lobby bar but the noise was only in the lobby and they had the bar in the speakeasy available.
Location was awesome, atmoshere was great, Rooms were excellent, Value was exceptional so much more all the way around for less. Cleanliness was superb, and pleasant at every level, no noise, amazing, Service above and beyond.
We were not disappointed and pleasantly surprised at every level
