lovely hotel shower i don’t feel worth the money for size of room and facilities.
Pros:

Not far from times square had breakfast which was lovely .

Cons:

the room i asked for was not what i asked for however Anthony soon sorted this out for us , no tea or coffee facilities in room, also caught out with breakfast choice as only allowed a choice of 4 items on menu was not explained properly also only tea and orange juice included with breakfast not tea so charged for that as well as a different breakfast choice. so be careful what you order of breakfast menu.

Friendly staff and perfect location.
Pros:

It was perfectly located. Far enough away from Time square but so close to all of the shows. The staff were amazing. Every single one of them from the front desk to the maintenance. Anytime they saw us coming they would greet us with a smile and a hello. Everyone was so accommodating. I will definitely be back.

Pros:

I opted for a suite this time as we were having services done to prepare for a black tie event and it was such a lovely room. Definitely the most spacious I've ever stayed in in NYC. I also appreciated having access to a couple pre-set breakfast items at the adjoining restaurant. Was good to not have to worry about a meal in the midst of a busy trip.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was pretty weak

Pros:

Hotel impecável e super bem localizado. O quarto e o hotel, em geral, eram bastante limpos. A cama muito confortável e toda a equipe que trabalhava no hotel era extremamente simpática e cordial, sempre disposta a ajudar.

Cons:

Apesar dos pratos do café da manhã serem saborosos achei que haviam poucas opções, tendo em vista que ficamos 9 dias hospedados. Outro ponto a ser mencionado é que o voucher do café da manhã só dava direito a desconto de U$10,00 se eu quisesse um prato fora da lista, sendo que haviam pratos da lista que custavam U$20,00.
