The staff was excellent and Amadu in the lounge made wonderful drinks. The breakfast was excellent. And when they couldn't accommodate our double occpancy suite...we we provided 2 romms at no extra cost
That we were going to book for 7/18-7/20 but the prices to stay were quadruble in price. That is not right when a world event increases the price of a room.

El staff es muy amable y amigable! La ubicación es excelente y el hotel en sí es muy agradable, tiene espacios muy bonitos. La habitación fue ideal para nuestra estadía, muy cómoda con sus pisos calientes durante el invierno. El desayuno aunque había visto en reseñas que decían que podía ser repetitivo, no me molestó. De hecho siento que son buenas opciones para variar.
Lo único es (que de antemano ya sabía) es que no hay forma de calentar agua o hacer café en la habitación, en invierno sentí que puede hacer falta, ya que sería excelente tener la opción de prepararse un té o un café en caso de que llegues de afuera muy tarde en la noche o simplemente tengas pereza de salir a comprarlo.

Expectations were 5 stars, but they're far from 5. The reviews didn't match reality. Breakfast was hardly breakfast. Except location, it's a good 3-star.

Zwischen 17:00-18:00 Uhr wird an der Lobby Wein offeriert mit einer grossen, kalten Platte mit Fleisch und Käse.
Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht das Highlight in diesem Hotel.

The staff was incredible! The room was clean and comfortable, I always worry about the beds in hotels because they can be lacking, but I slept so well while we were there. Also, I could have lived in that amazing robe.

I had a wonderful time in Iroquois hotel. It was very thoughtful, attentive and super client oriented attitude one of the employees at the front desk (his name is Josh) showed. I really liked that sweet cozy room I had. It was nice to have a drink in the lobby bar. I would rate my stay at Iroquois hotel at the highest.

The bathroom water temperature was extremely high to the point of steam coming out of the hot water tap and burning my hand. The refrigerator is stocked full of mini-bar items and your penalized monetarily if you put anything in the refrigerator.
