Indifferent front desk agent, No luggage carts at airport hotel???
Pros:

As a diamond member of HH program, I booked this hotel during a layover at JFK before we traveled to KSA.
Wait at the JFK ( federal circle) for shuttle was a very difficult time as we were exposed to cold and chilly wind for 45 minutes before the shuttle showed up.
When we arrived to hotel, we had two rooms booked and the front desk agent was very busy with her other tasks , she did not even acknowledged us. We had 12 luggages between the 2 rooms yet there was no luggage carts to help us.
Overall bad Hilton experience. Will not book that hotel anymore.

Overall I would say the stay was okay. I wouldn’t rate this too high as there should be an option to self park and also

Liked the location

Cons:

Did not like the fact that there was only valet parking. Also the sliding bathroom door in the shower kept sliding open while taking a shower. Furthermore, the conditioner bottle was empty.

Pros:

I am a Hilton Honors member. The hotel offers “Free WiFi” but it was non-existent. You have to pay to ride the hotel shuttle because to access the shuttle, you have to catch the AirTrain to Federal Circle, then call the hotel and request the shuttle IF it is not at Federal Circle. The hotel does not accept Discover card. The beds are uncomfortably soft, meaning they offer no support. Finally, the incidentals deposit is $150.

Pros:

Amazing service, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, shuttle every 30min 24/7.

Cons:

No storage facility for luggage. We had to pay a storage in JFK which was almost the fee for one more hotel night.
