Convenient Location, Hotel to Airport Shuttle
Pros:

The shuttle was extremely convenient and ran all day and night. The staff assisted us and provided a welcome snack. Our food delivery was able to be dropped right to us in the lobby.

Cons:

The window in the room didn’t have a great seal on it and you could hear all the road noise.

Disapointing
Pros:

After hours of negotiation, the reservation made through Bookings but not received by the hotel, was finally honored. This took place during the snow storm when there was no ground transportation. My wife and I are senior citizens, 88 and 82. We were hardly to be expected to walk out in the snow storm with our suitcases.

Cons:

A booking, including a booking numbers, confirmed by text, was not received by the hotel. It should have been treated like any other reservation, as we arrived with good faith expectation to be served. Especially, during a historical snow storm, we were disappointed that we had to fight the system for hours in order to get our reservation honored.

Nice hotel, allow for extra shuttle time.
Pros:

Glad for the restaurant onsite because limited food options nearby and it stayed open til 11. Free airport shuttle, warm cookies upon check in, comfortable bed, spacious rooms, friendly staff.

Cons:

The shuttle for that evening was not planned well for the schedule. 45 min waiting in the cold with over 12 people waiting when other hotels had already came and gone multiple times.

Pros:

Dinner buffet was satisfactory.

Cons:

My room door did not lock when I left the room. I called for maintenance and the desk staff didn't believe me and when the maintenance guy came he was also doubtful. It didn't lock for him either. Then he slammed the door hard for it to catch. I have to slam it hard for it to lock.
