Room was adequate but could use some updates and love on details like caulking, case goods, microwave, etc.
Loved staff and having a restaurant and tiki bar was so convenient.
Thanks for the stay. I would consider returning.

I’ve stayed at better on the island.
Pool is small with so many little kids that parents are not paying attention to was not relaxing around the pool at all. Chairs and umbrellas on the beach are an additional fee and should be included in the resort fee.
Spent two days getting my billing straight as I paid in full with Expedia yet my credit card was charged in full by the resort

I have stayed at this property since it was an Embassy Suite Hotel. Way back in the 90s. We were one of the first owns to purchase there, and we used to stay there three or four times a year before officially moving to Singer Island. We absolutely loved this place. We were always treated well. They always took care of the loyal customers. Jache is still the best. He is a life long friend, you pull up and he is always smiling ready to greet you and welcome you in. This has been our third two week stay in the last year and a half and I was a bit upset that they never seem to give us a decent view. Otherwise it's a great place to stay. Great Tiki bar, Good restaurant, nightly entertainment. Comfortable rooms, All the convenience of home and the best beach around.
