Pros:

The location is great, very central and walkable to all main attractions. Stuff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. And despite super small old room, bed had good mattress and pillows so it was comfortable for sleeping.

Cons:

The furniture is very old, some things are broken or missing - no even glass for toothbrush, also room wasn't totally clean, there was a lot of hair in bathroom. :/ location was best thing.

This reservation was made in good faith, based on the description, photos, and rating presented on Booking.com. However, upon arrival, we found that the actual condition of the property is significantly and materially different from what was advertised.
The rooms are in an unacceptable condition: damaged and stained walls, heavily worn furniture, visible mold, persistent sewage odor, and substantial noise disturbances. The premises are unhygienic and clearly not fit for accommodation, especially for a professional business stay.

Tekrar gelirsem yine burada kalırım.
Pros:

Mükemmel bir konum, iyi temizlik ve hizmet, gürültüsüz ortam, rahat oda, geniş banyo, yeterli kahvaltı. Mükemmel konum demiş miydim? Notre Dame yürüyerek 5 dakika, etrafta çok güzel restorantlar ve sokaklar var. Louvre Müzesi için otelden çıkıp sağa dönüp sadece 15dk dümdüz yürüyorsunuz.

Cons:

Sevilmeyecek pek bir yanı yok. İlk sabah erken saatte biraz gürültü vardı otel içinde ama çok ciddi bir problem olmadı. Kahvaltı biraz zayıf ama kötü değil gayet yeterli.

Pros:

The hotel is located in the legendary Marais district of Paris, where you truly feel the spirit of the city. The place seems to proclaim from every corner that you are in Paris—living, breathing the renowned Paris of expectations and stereotypes. All around, there are charming and beautiful cafés, small cozy gardens. Just steps away lies the history of Paris itself—Notre-Dame Cathedral.

The building is ancient, and as is often the case in Paris, this leaves its mark on the organization of the hotel. I was given a rather small room, where it was somewhat uncomfortable for two people to stay. A significant issue was that the window of my room overlooked a dark and narrow technical space, whereas the image that attracted me had featured picturesque Parisian views.

The hotel offers an excellent breakfast in a cozy, historic brick-vaulted cellar, enriched by the building’s past. The small staff—apparently consisting of only two or three people—were friendly and attentive.

Peccato per la gestione perché poteva essere un grande hotel

Solo la posizione e la colazione

Cons:

Siamo stati i primi giorni con un bagno che puzzava di fogna. Solo l’ultimo giorno ci hanno cambiato la stanza…
C’era inoltre una presa elettrica completamente rotta.

Läget är perfekt. Bra personal. Enkelt att checka in.

Cons:

Rummen kändes extremt slitna. Det luktade starkt av kemiska rengöringsmedel eller insektsmedel. Jag var tvungen att ha fönstret vidöppet dygnet runt.

C'est une simple piaule
Pros:

L'absence de bruit au dernier étage, le 5ème

Cons:

Moins d'un mètre carré pour la douche.
Salle de bain très exiguë.
ABSENCE de climatisation
La fenêtre ne s'ouvre que sur un des deux châssis et ne bascule pas .
L'ascenseur est très vétuste et c'est très anxiogène. Faut pas être claustrophobe....
